Unhonest rating system, loads of cheaters, makes you addicted to trying to up your score but as soon as you do that you get matched up against super strong players with scores that dont match their skill level at all, or just a computers that completely crush you. Bad app inside and out, use other ones. You need to pay to play challenges and even if you pay for a GOLD membership you only get a few challenges per day, you need to pay A LOT of money to play as many puzzles and challenges as you want. Feel very scammed.Severly regret getting a membership with them.-Gold Chess.com member

ATT termination my internet early by 2 weeks prior to moving. When I called in the morning because I work from home. . . they told me that it takes 7 days for them to turn my internet BACK ON. They turned it off. . . but they cannot turn it back on. . . ? Okay. That didn't keep you from charging me another $60 because you told me you "could turn it back on."Come to find out, they cannot?! Okay. I will work out of a cafe' for 2 weeks until I move and spend 10x the money for food/coffee out of GENERAL PRINCIPLE to keep my $$ out of the hands of ATT. Worst. Service. Ever. And on TOP OF THIS, they kept me on hold and just to be told this, i spent over 3.5 HOURS on the phone. NOPE. NEVER. AGAIN.

I’m giving a 1 star only because a zero is an option. AT&T has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 68 years. If you don’t have a PIN code you have about a zero percent chance of speaking to someone. If you do finally get through you are put on hold until Rigor mortis begins to set in. I was on hold for over an hour and hung up as it was obvious it was an eternal hold. Do better AT&T. Cancelled service.

This past December my mother passed away since then I have been dealing with AT&t to try to get the account deactivated and the phone returned to them. I spent a couple hours on the phone with a representative who then told me she cannot assist me in this matter and I had to go to a physical location. Went to a physical location to find out I had to deal with a specific manager who is only working certain days and certain times which conflicted with my personal schedule. Once I made arrangements to get to a physical location with manager on shift at that time I spent over another hour and a half, presenting death certificate trying to return phone only to be told a box to be sent to return the phone and that until that happens the account will not be deactivated. During this entire process they were pressuring me to just transfer the account to my name which I refused to do as I don't need it. Here I am over 3 months later still waiting for the box to be delivered and still getting a bill. Even the competitor for whom my mother had a phone that she actually was able to use had no problem deactivating and disconnecting everything over the phone with certain bits of information that they needed to confirm. At no point did the competitor pressure me to try to keep the account in my name. Not even the credit cards were this much of a hassle, in fact outside of AT&t the longest I've had to spend to resolve any issue was 20 minutes. AT&T I'm now approximately 5-6 hours deep. I do not recommend anybody get AT&T if this is how they handle the death of a person's loved one by trying to be greedy and having you go through loops just to be told you need to repeat those loops. Do better AT&T!

This week, I was charged for Domestika PLUS without authorization. The offer was deceptive, as purchasing a course (Figma) automatically included this membership in small print. It's truly disappointing that a company like Domestika resorts to these tactics and then refuses refunds when users request them.Most companies of this caliber offer refunds, raising concerns about Domestika's practices. Many users on Twitter report similar issues, particularly regarding the steep increase in membership costs. These complaints reflect poorly on the company's reputation.Is Domestika in such dire straits that it cannot treat its customers with respect? Refusing refunds for an unwanted service is unacceptable and deeply damages user trust.

This is the third time that i buy items via Bol.com that will supposedly be 'morgen thuis', but they never arrive. I wonder why they keep promising a service that they cannot comply with. It is so easy to just frankly say that the order will be delivered in 2 days. At least as a customer i wouldnt feel repeatedly tricked...

Booked a motel in Yakima WA that had good reviews on Agoda. When I told a local I was going to stay there, she was extremely alarmed. The place, she said, is a hangout for drug users, prostitution, and gangs, many shootings nearby. Called the motel itself and said CANCEL please but could only go through AGODA for refund. AGODA had IN VERY TINY PRINT a notice stating the reservation was nonrefundable. Yeah, I should have spent an extra 10 minutes reading every.single.line.on.the.multi-page.website. I figured such a big company would bargain in good faith and tried to get my $273.93 back, but NOPE. It’s very very clear they use dishonorable practices. I would never consider using them or any of their partners or subsidiaries because of this.

Cancelled my premium subscription about a week ago knowing that I didn’t have enough in bank to cover this and other bills and my next bill would have been 11/07/24 but somehow spotify had taken it today the 11th for £11,99 so i went back on my account it was still active so I cancelled it again with my partner checking to see that I cancelled it again.I contacted spotify by text and spoke to a Glen he said there’s nothing on your account that I cancelled it over a week ago and had no proof either,so i said to him can you check that i have cancelled it ten minutes ago.No he text back nothing has come up on your account,i mean really obviously something wrong with their systems he had to cancel it for me at he’s end im so angry I know I cancelled it over a week ago,i know I won’t get my money back and to be honest I don’t think i will ever use spotify again!!!!!

I had a long break from using Dropbox, which contained all of my backup files from my studies at university. Dropbox deleted all of my files for having been "inactive". Incredible. Exactly the opposite of what you should expect - in fact it would have been better not to have used Dropbox at all since all my files are now lost. To be fair, Dropbox did inform me of this by email, but I had just changed my email address and only found out when trying to access my backups that everything had been deleted. This policy should be something to tell potential customers UP FRONT, before they set up an account. Wouldn't trust Dropbox at all after this, will be using Google Drive. Extremely disappointing.
