While the software is OK, their customer service is terrible. Not "bad" - just the worst customer service you have probably ever experienced in your life. The whole "activation keys" and "licenses" business is a mess - you end up having tens of different keys and accounts and whatever, in 2022 this is already a joke. Then when they mess up with payments and renewals - oh they do! - you enter a surreal loophole of idiotic mails from Salesforce, asking you to access the Saleforce portal (that you don't have access to, because your only a Tableau customer), and so forth.But the cherry on the cake is when you get in contact with their Customer Service representatives, who are the human version of the stupidest bots you have ever interacted with. Do you have a problem? Don't worry here's a link. The link doesn't work? Here's another one. This doesn't work either? No problem, here's another one to infinity and beyond. I wish I had never bought Tableau. We will now start a very expensive process to get rid of them asap.

Been selling on there for 5 months. Have never received a single payment from them. Every month they ask me to verify my PayPal and tell me to wait till the next month for payment and then it happens all over again. Their customer support is the worst and honestly I’m so done. My account doesn’t even feel like it’s mine anymore, 4 failed payments in a row is just absurd

Amazon.fr claimed it was delivered 48hrs later with a photo of “my front door”, except it isn’t mine or anyone nearby. Amazon.fr tracking shows this was out for delivery from my “local depot”, except this is over 300km from my house! Oops.I’ve explained this with map and screenshots etc but Amazon customer service will not admit their mistake and are treating me like a criminal. Unnecessary!Be very wary if ordering high value tech kit. And before you ask, my address details were 100% correct on my order. This has ruined my opinion of Amazon in France. —J'ai commandé en ligne un système wifi pour ma maison en France. Amazon.fr a affirmé que le produit avait été livré 48 heures plus tard avec une photo de "ma porte d'entrée", sauf qu'il ne s'agit pas de la mienne ni de celle de quelqu'un d'autre à proximité.Le suivi d'Amazon.fr montre que la livraison a été effectuée à partir de mon "dépôt local", mais celui-ci se trouve à plus de 300 km de ma maison ! Oups.J'ai expliqué cela avec une carte et des captures d'écran, etc. mais le service client d'Amazon ne veut pas admettre son erreur et me traite comme un criminel. Inutile !Soyez très prudent si vous commandez un kit technologique de grande valeur. Et avant que vous ne posiez la question, mes coordonnées étaient 100% correctes sur ma commande.Cela a ruiné mon opinion sur Amazon en France.

I have used Zoom many times for business meeting and It always make it easier to work. What I like of it is the quickness of joining, and the ease of screen sharing. Zoom is progressive and light years ahead of other products that currently exist.

Basically every time you think it can't get any worse with a German internet provider, it does. Upgraded my plan to the most expensive possible, got a Fritz Box and everything and supposedly I get "gigabit". Well I mostly when lucky get 300 mbit, sometimes I don't get anything at all and I NEVER get support because you can't reach anybody. Great job!

I tried the "free" Tunein trial offer. And I keep getting charged even after I disputed the charge with the credit card company. I can't find anywhere on line where I can contact and tell them I only wanted the ONE trial. I can't stop them! Don't even try to use this or you'll get charged with no apparent way to quit!

I have received an email from Klarna which I missed a payment of £25!! I had enough money to pay my bills and nothing wrong from my side! All direct debits and automatic payments gone through with no issues. How can I missed this payment?? The customer service agent couldn’t explain what was the reason! Just they said maybe some issue from your bank!! Just makes me worry and wasting my time to spend my rest time to find out what’s wrong with my account.

Very disappointed I have been following this “news” source. I will not read another thing posted by them. I can not believe they would report a blatant lie concerning the Gulf of Mexico. The USA has no business change the name. As an American I am embarrassed and saddened to see media bend to the will of a person to be in their good graces. Stand up for what is right.
