Salesforce is NOT a user application for sales! It is merely a data entry platform that uses a very primitive UI to access SQL databases through static reports. Lightning has been their 'new' UI for a decade & is still being 'rolled out'.Task 'management' is literally just a list that doesn't do reminders and is wholly manual. Technically, you can label a task as a reminder, but it's only a label; it doesn't do anything.All data is managed manually. Automating anything is difficult and time consuming. The standard SF response to setting up automations or connecting functions that the modern user would expect is, "of course it can do that! Oh, wait no, no, it cant do thaaat. But you can generate a report".The most ridiculous advice from SF experts is to export to a spreadsheet. Why are we paying for a CRM that is only useful if the data managed in a spreadsheet?

Currently on Anthem of the Seas and it is the worst cruise we have ever been on. The food is appalling both in the main restaurant and the windjammer. The entertainment is very poor with last nights show aimed at school kids. The staff are try their best but we are constantly being told we must give a ten on the review we will get when we get home. Almost 5000 passengers with 1700 of them under 18. You can’t get a sunbed, the swimming pools are dangerously overcrowded. Do not go on Royal Caribbean there are far better cruise lines which give you much better value for money. Everything on the ship is about getting money.

Before I bought 2charms,2 pendants and a necklace, their after sales told me just a 5-10mins you can bring your dull items back for a cleaning service. Then I went to the branch in Gurney 3times yet I’m unable to clean just my dull necklace since Dec2022 up until now. Their unfriendly employees told me 6hours due to boutiques traffic . ( They never tell I can put it overnight and get it the next day ) Then I went to the Official customer service to ask if this 6hours is normal, the customer Zee and Karen officially told me at least 3hours ( after all of the arguments not even once the customer service, employee nor after sales apologize to me as the customer.) like we deserve this kind of service…it is a really terrible and bad experience. To new customer I hope you Read all 75% of the bad reviews before you buy.

I wanted to get some Birkenstock in regular width rather than narrow. Farfetch seemed to be one of the only places to actually offer both options so I felt comfortable choosing “regular” at checkout. Imagine my disappointment when the narrow style arrived! Now, everyone can get things wrong, but since then it’s been an awful customer experience. I’ve let them know via the online form immediately that I received the wrong article. It then took three days for me to get a generic email stating they need photos of the item (I had already attached this to the original form). Now I’ve been waiting for another two days for a reply to this, not knowing what’s happening and if I can initiate the return. I paid a lot of money for the delivery which I would like back and no one has commented on this at all so far.

Scanned me out of almost $90, I shipped a product with the correct weight and box size was weighed at home and the post office with the reciept and they took almost $90 out of my sales to say shipping was $100 for four books, no reciept or anything. Yet the highest price they show for shipping is $60, swear I’m deleting my listings on there DO NOT SELL ON THERE, go to a different selling site

Over the years I bought 4 complete sets of American Headway second edition, plus books for my students. Just the sets cost around 600. The teacher's book, student book and workbook. The teacher's book came with a code at the back of the book to use the TRC (TeacherResourceCenter) with a website at oxfordtrc, used for interactive teaching. I have used it for years. However, in 2019, I had issues. I was not able to open the site, because it was parked on GoDaddy. I contacted the Digital Resource Person and after much delay, OUP got it up again and stated that "others" had problems too. Then April of 2021, I tried to use it again to no avail. After literally 50 emails, I was told that the site was decommissioned and during these emails with all my screenshots, they started to take out the link of the teacher resource center and replace it with a Teacher's Site. I was offered the 3rd edition, thinking it was the same, but it was not. It had few resources and needed a lot of registration for my students and myself and offered only 1 video and listening, none of the other resources from the second edition were available, which OUP is STILL promoting. They story goes, why fix something that is not broken? It troubles me that we pay for books, that include a service and then that service is stopped. Secondly, what is worse, is that OUP is still promoting American Headway second edition on their site here- American headway second edition level 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stating all the resources for the teacher's resource center that do not exist. Additionally, all over the internet you can find this edition for the teacher's book clearly showing the white circle on the book for the teacher's resource center. Amazon and many other book depositories even in the UK are still selling the teacher's book. Some for hundreds to thousands of dollars, if you dig a bit. Totally unethical and just bad business. Don't confuse the Teacher's Resource Center with Teacher's site lower to the right, which was the youtube video showing how to access the site. Here - it clearly shows the teacher's book WITH the white circle stating the resources available. Can’t include links on this review but you can search amazon for american headway teacher's book level 4, which is purple or any of the other levels. Plus american headway 2nd edition on youtube, which is now a private site. On this site it states this, which is no longer available, but still being promoted by OUP and those that have bought multiple levels are left out in the dark. -Now, American Headway Second Edition adds a new generation of digital support to that classic methodology. If you check out on amazon for the purple level 4 teacher's book the publication is in the year 1657, yes, you read that correctly and is being sold for as much as $569 dollars but with no actual resources! Really?! This is absurd. Bad business OUP. I even called customer service in the states in NC and the representative was not aware that the AHW ditigal resource center was no longer available. When I said I was going to file a complaint, he and the person from the UK, never responded again. Shameful. Again, here stating on the oup site for this edition states -Top of the list of new resources is the Teacher Resource Center. It's a password-protected bank of online resources which includes images, animated grammar PowerpointRG slides, video, worksheets, and more. With a fast-find browser function, it's quick and easy for you prepare lessons your way. Find out more at American Headway Second Edition also includes a new emphasis on testing to help students prepare for standardized international exams such as the TOEFLRG iBT. This includes new Spotlight on Testing lessons in the Workbook and access to a complimentary online practice test via the Student Multi-ROM. I am marking the box to let OUP know of my complaint. I have all the screen shots showing that the TRC were removed and more. I am filling this review with hopes that someone will put a stop to this and or file a consumer report. I tried to in the UK as many book stores too are still selling this edition, but the agency said I could not because I did not live in the UK. I know that there was a law about 5 years ago stating that buying a product with digital services included, but if the provider did not continue those services, it is against the law. Ordered for next day delivery, 2 items, both being delivered by Evri (who amazon appear to use now) one delivered the other not even been picked up, as I needed both today, I’ve had to drive 20 miles to fetch another.If I pay for next day, I expect next day, not 3 days later.Absolute rubbish, time to cancel Amazon Prime Membership and buy from elsewhere.

Not sure how this company is still going, customer service is non existent, this company was bad before coronavirus, but now they’re using the excuse of coronavirus for giving crap service, I’ve had an issue where I exchanged 100 units for 20% off, the transaction failed and since august I started playing email tennis with customer service to get the failed credits back, they keep asking for different screen shots most you submit aren’t acceptable, I’ve give the order number and failed credit discount code, that wasn’t acceptable or enough, they just keep asking for stuff that you have to jump through hoops for, and on top of that the game I eventually got isn’t fit for purpose Assassins Creed Valhalla or it’s full of bugs and the sound drops intermittently every few seconds, disappointing to say the least, I can understand why people get pirated copies of games, it’s much easier than the official route
