I wish i could out no stars i have been recently got an new phone cause my last one broke when i went to sign into the outllok app or xbox app it has old verifiction methods thatbi changed years ago an email i havent used in 4 years and a phone number again 4 years old which i updayed when ibrecived a new one cuss lets face it microsoft is very poor at secuity and updaying ut info so now im locked out of my accounts all togethder call supourt and they tell me o well ur problem we cant do nothing for u i ask how is that possiable u put outba servicd and refuse to help or anything ive been buying digitsl games for the past 7 years i have 150 digital games most were preorders what am supose to do he laughed said that sucks but his hands r tied and it would be best if i made a new account so is that how phill spencer runs his ship screw the customers cuse lets face it no on is resposibale at xbox and the worse part is i know my passwords all this trouble casue i was using a new phone and it so bad ive been logged out on my xbox so now i have no way of getting agold of then anymore now like inwas set up to have to make a new acount so phill spencer can steal out money like that lock our accounts when itbwas there faulty system that didnt update like it should or keep changes im pissed there no acountablity for these big gonglonert type that can just sit behind the big bad web and put u thru hrs of automated bs just so ur more agrivated than when u started i want to know what legal action can i twke againt phill spencer for selling faulty and poor service then laugh at us when we catch ur sytem messing up whos responsible. I have loved Temu and spent a fortune…

I have loved Temu and spent a fortune with them, but suddenly disputed a "brushing" seller for $11.00 and had my entire account locked for 30 days. Temu couldn't find their butt for their yin yang, and instead of dealing with a fraudulent seller (with literally video security proof), they froze my orders and wouldn't even let me process returns. I'm done. Damn shame, but all good things come to an end. Also, their prices are no longer reasonable, and many times are higher than the stores, which is ridiculous. (Update: It's laughable that Temu responded within 12 hours of my review, but has still left my account frozen for now more than 4 weeks over $11.00 after approx. 50 requests for assistance)

Update for other frustrated Square users. To see what your current price will be or to renew your domain: You must click the AUTO RENEW if you don’t it will just expire. I Hate their website!!! First off Square does not work well on Chrome. They have all these buttons and choices, I ALWAYS end up on the road of circles and frustration! If the forwarding loaded right, I could see the whole page, I could also forward the first time I filled everything out. I write customer service and they sound like BOTS. I finally get this one guy who told me I would would have to use incognito on Chrome. WHAT A PITA!! Thank goodness I am smart, I understood quickly that it was a Square glitch, so I went to Safari and it worked. Then I want to pay for my domaines expiring in 7 days, my choice is AUTO PAY. I do not like auto pay for such things. The kicker is, we were told by Google our first year with Square they would honor Google price WHAT A JOKE! They are 2-3 time MORE MONEY! So now I am shopping for a new home to park my domaines, I have 30 of them.

Horrible, tried to download a 5.7GB file which would usually take about 5-10 minutes, but no, stopped at 5 GB and you have the choice to either pay $6 US for a subscription or wait 5 and a half hours to continue the 0.7GB of download. This is so unbelievably bad.

The hotel cancelled my booking.Tesco say its nothing to do with them.I've been emailing booking.com since 3rd January they keep saying they are waiting for a response from Tesco.A terrible company stay clear

Customer service not great

Booked room at a dog friendly hotel and made a note on my booking that I had two dogs. A week or so later was contacted by Hotels.com to say the room I had booked was not dog-friendly. Okay, lack of clarity on site then. But after much chat bot and emails to and fro I was left with choice of losing the room or keeping the room but not having the dogs. Hmm. They said they had tried to get the hotel to agree to change my room but to no avail. I then rang the hotel directly... not only did they immediately change my room but they also said they would waiver the charge to do so. Given the ease to alter my booking with the actual hotel, I can't understand why Hotels.com would say that it was impossible. Won't be using them again!

If you don't want to receive a watch advertised in the sale, then this is the place to come. 12 days later money taken, cancelled, refunded then monies taken again today with no sign of any goods, no communication and zero assistance. Had to contact my bank to get funds back. Honestly avoid buying direct from this mob, worst company I have honestly ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Worst delivery service, do not use

easily the worst delivery service I have ever used. Dashes get lost even though they have a map. I have had to call and request several times to get refunds as my drivers cannot deliver my food or return it to the store. I don't understand as I do not have this issue with GrubHub or UberEats. Customer service is terrible and can't provide any additional assistance but apologize and attempt to provide a refund. If I didn't have to use this service specifically for certain restaurants I wouldn't.

Oh boy, the old "LAST CHANCE" con game

Oh boy, another one of those "Last chance, FINAL INVOICE" CR scams to renew my current subscription for $26, sheesh! I still have almost a year left per the date on my magazine shipping label and have been getting these for months. "Immediate payment REQUIRED NOW" they say. Here it is August 9, 2021. The notice has a tiny script that reads "EXP MAY 22" at the top. Can you say FRAUD? I knew you could, Dawn Nelson, Senior Director.CR no longer represents honest businesses and don't conduct non-partisan "reviews" as in years past. The product reviews aren't accurate or correct in many instances and that includes the vehicles. I won't be renewing.

I have used Bitdefender for almost a year and except for the unwanted and irritating popups, it has been satisfactory. However, I wasn't aware that the service automatically renewed, and when I tried to login to cancel my renewal the login process didn't work -- no error messages, but I just got another login screen. I changed my password, whis worked (so Bitdefender recognized my email address) but I got the same results with the new password -- just another logon screen. Not sure what is going on, but I suspect I may have trouble cancelling my subscription. We will see. As for contacting support, I just get a long list of historical 'fixes' that may have worked in the past but are off target in my case. No opportunity that I saw to talk to a person. After submitting the review above I received an email from Bitdefender saying they appreciated me continuing my subscription and renewed me at a lower price. Just to be clear, I was trying to cancel my subscription! Either they don't get it or they are intentionally ignoring my request. However, I was finally able to log into their website, and although you have to jump through hoops, I think I was able to cancel the subscription. In summary, they may be reviewed as the best software for security, but to me, they are unresponsive to my requests. Your mileage may vary.

Newegg used to be good - Not anymore

I’ve ordered the video card which cost me $725 including shipping. Eight days later I’ve received a notification from FedEx that the card was delivered. Not so. No card anywhere to be found. I’ve contacted Newegg and started a claim. I’ve received a response that the seller provided “proof” with a POD FedEx order that the card was delivered. So I was instructed to contact FedEx. The automated phone service from FedEx almost drove me insane but after 3 call attempts and 30 minutes later I finally had a Supervisor on the line who spoke English. FedEx filed a claim. Next day, the FedEx delivery guy showed up, telling me he remembered he delivered in “this neighborhood” shrugging his shoulders. As for myself;: Nothing. No card, no money.Newegg pointed to the seller. The seller pointed to FedEx. FedEx said the package was delivered. Everyone claimed: “Not our responsibility” - One week after ordering the card I was out $725 and no merchandise. Next, I filed a claim with Paypal asking for my money back. Newegg provided the “fake proof” POD from FedEx to PayPal, claiming the card was delivered. I showed that signature was required on this delivery, but that was brushed under the table with a note from Newegg stating: “Additionally, we will pass on that information to our seller as they should have required a signature for the package.” …. saying in a friendly way basically: "but nothing we can do...".Two days later, the card was suddenly in front of my door step. A kind and honest neighbor brought it by, after it was delivered to the wrong address. In summary; FedEx lied. They did NOT deliver the video card to my home. The Vendor hid behind a “fake delivery confirmation” from FedEx and Newegg shrugged their shoulders, basically claiming "Nothing we can do." SUMMARY: No one gives a crap for you as a customer. As long as they have your money all is well. Newegg, their vendors and FedEx will blame you for the missing merchandice. In one of the correspondence Newegg suggested that is was probably stolen, so guess what? They suggested that I file a police report. If I didn’t have honest neighbors, I’d be out the money with nothing to show, except the runaround, chasing after my lost money.So you think this story is over… well, now my $425 motherboard I’ve ordered from Newegg is not delivered, which I’ve paid for two weeks ago…. I filed a claim with Newegg…I am not a mind reader, but I have a good guess what happens next...I have spent a truckload of money over the years with Newegg. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I give them another try – BIG MISTAKE on my part.

logitech; the bad the horrible and the awful

even their best speaker system z623 sounds hollow and tinny which they try to compensate for with over powered bass. bass is good but needs to be balanced with treb & mid. game pads are choppy, slow and lock, freeze or stop responding periodically, but constantly. thef710 was my 2nd logitech gamepad and last logitech product I will ever purchase! I could not think less of this companies products!

A deeply disappointing experience: tour cancelled last minute with no support – serious failure by both SuperCracow and GetYourGuideThis review comes from a place of deep frustration and disappointment, and I hope it can help others avoid the same experience.Together with my travel companions, I booked this tour through GetYourGuide, organized by SuperCracow Tours & Shuttle, more than three months in advance. It was not a simple sightseeing tour – we had planned a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, two destinations with enormous emotional and historical significance. This was a meaningful and carefully prepared journey, both logistically and on a human level.We were scheduled to take the tour just two days after our arrival in Krakow. However, less than 48 hours before the visit, we received a message saying the tour was cancelled. No phone call, no human contact – just a short, impersonal text message. That was it.There was no explanation, no attempt to provide an alternative, no suggested rescheduling, no real customer care. In shock, we immediately tried to rebook through other channels, but as you can imagine, everything was already fully booked for the following 5–6 days. Our long-planned experience was simply erased, with no possibility to recover it.This is not just a logistical problem. Visiting Auschwitz is not a “tourist activity” – it is a powerful and often life-changing moment. Failing to guarantee such an experience after confirming it for months, and then cancelling it last-minute without any assistance, shows a complete lack of respect for both the emotional weight of the journey and the dignity of your customers.What made things worse was the lack of accountability from both SuperCracow Tours & Shuttle and GetYourGuide: SuperCracow disappeared: no explanation, no direct contact, no solution. GetYourGuide offered nothing more than a refund, with zero empathy or proactive support, even though the service had been purchased through their platform and their brand stands for “trusted experiences.”I expected more from both. When you promote tours to Auschwitz, a place that represents one of the darkest chapters in human history, you carry a responsibility – not just to deliver logistics, but to approach your customers with care, reliability, and sensitivity.Sadly, none of that was present here.I strongly urge other travelers to be cautious when booking through GetYourGuide and with SuperCracow Tours in particular. Reliability, professionalism, and human decency matter – especially when the experience is tied to a place like Auschwitz.We were left disappointed, powerless, and with a bitter feeling that such an important visit was treated with the same care as a missed city bus.
