Thieves. VRBO charges guests but doesn’t pay out to hosts. I’m a host who listed my property with VRBO three months ago. I’ve hosted four guests through VRBO and I have yet to be paid a nickel. The first guest paid in full on May 22. According to VRBO’s own policy my first payout should’ve occurred “roughly 30 days” later. It’s now been almost two months and VRBO hasn’t paid me for that or any subsequent stays. My account says I have pending payouts of $0. I’ve called their help line four times. Still no resolution. I guess I should count my blessings; other hosts say VRBO has charged THEM for cancellation of VRBO’s double-bookings. Yikes.

This email platform is amazing! I had a serious issue where I thought I lost everything, however, after some time of working with them, they were able to get my account functioning. If you do have an issue, please be advised their customer service is not 24/7 as advertised. It took long periods of time before they would return an email, if at all. It took a week to fix my issue. However, when their service works, then the Mailer Lite Platform is amazing. I plan to invest in this company for the next 5 years as long as it continues to work.Note: Date of Experience was 10/31/22. Account started working on 11/7/22.

Very bad experiences with LG customer services through bismi petta showroom kochi. We bought a LG inverter AC last month from BISMI ELECTRONICS PETTA KOCHI.Found to be defective on installation. Complaint registered with customer care. Fraud people . Telling that it is normal. Repeated complaints made .Inspite of all efforts some fraud people came from MISION ELECTRONICS CHERTHALA. Till now no response. Got tired So a humble request to all people who read this ...don't buy LG products

In comparition to Kickstarter has Indiegogo very bad customer support experience. I crowdfunded Ring One. They don't check backround of the companies, they don't care about scammy behavior, they don't care about lies and misscommunication of the company, they don't care about many complains of the backers. They care only for the money. Nothing else. It's my last project I crowdfunded at Indiegogo.

Really not a platform to use anymore. Hacked Account, Ad paid for with my money (not by me), Admin Account taken over and no support what so ever. Spent from the 12th - 14th trying to get it sorted, I just don't have the energy anymore. If you were to cover my hourly rate, seriously!!! Do me a favour and keep the account locked I don't need it anymore really! I certainly cannot trust you with security. After a call with "Facebook support" they tried to get me to install an app for remote access to help me... Seriously. I hung up the call realising it was not Facebook. Seems the scammers and hackers are keeping Facebook on their toes. Either way, Groups are not what they use to be either, just a bunch of spammers. Sad that Facebook is what it is today. Oh well, time to move on. Very Disappointed after so many years! :-( But it is what it is!

For the most part, I like Deposit Photos. I hate the fact that they forced me to "purchase an image pack" of AI images. I don't support theft, and never will. I don't want AI images, and don't like that I wasn't given a choice before this was added to my account.

I wrote to Crunchyroll because I had temporarily changed my payment method to credit card billing because I had changed the email and credit card attached to the PayPal account that I had auto-billing set up on and needed help getting PayPal auto billing set up again. Customer service unilaterally cancelled my subscription (a 12-month plan for which the rate had been locked in since 2013) forcing me to change to a monthly plan which would end up costing me double the total amount over a year. My only other option was to pay $20 more for an annual plan at a lower membership tier than I had been on previously. When I emailed to complain and request that they restore/honor my previous subscription rate as I had not consented to my subscription being cancelled in the first place, they stopped replying to my emails. It has been 2 weeks since their last email.Update: Changed rating from 1 to 3 Stars and the title from “Terrible Customer Service” to “Need to Work on Customer Service”I never got a reply to my original emails, but I filed a new customer service inquiry through the website outlining the above mentioned experience and the response was better. They explained that prices were updated in 2020 and old plans were grandfathered for 2 years but are being phased out now. Offered to switch me to the (lower tier) Fan Tier annual plan if I desired and gave me a free 3 month premium plan gift voucher. If it is indeed a universal policy, well, that is understandable and reasonable. My main complaint was with how it was handled. If the first customer service person had explained this way I wouldn’t have had any issues with their customer service to begin with, but my first experience still leaves a poor impression.

I ordered a couch on 11/02 to be delivered, white glove delivery on 11/15. 5 days after ordering, I noticed the price went down $300 in price. I called for a price match and they told us no because of “logistic reasonings”. Which makes no sense but to each their own. That was red flag 1. Red flag 2- 1.5 days before my delivery, I got an email stating it was rescheduled for 11/17. So, we sat and waited all day on 11/17 for it to get delayed until “8 pm”, then they canceled it at 5 pm. When we called and asked what in the world was going on, my partner asked for compensation. It was literally like arguing with a wall. He got nowhere for over an hour until he talked them up to $200. We got a reschedule date for today 11/19. I wake up and it’s CANCELED FOR A THIRD TIME. With no new delivery date. Their customer service is atrocious. Not only do they not price match their own website for a couch we ordered and DONT have yet (that’s now $400 cheaper than when we ordered) they are 100% scammers with their delivery methods. I don’t think they understand that people need to schedule time to be home from work to sit and wait for a delivery. I will never order a single item from this website ever again after how they treat their customers and continuously lie about delivery. I will be writing a complaint to the BBB and advising every single person I know to never order from this unreliable, untrustworthy site with terrible customer service.Had I seen the reviews before ordering, i would have spared my self the headache in the first place. Not even $200 partial refund is enough to continue dealing with this insanity. *edit and updated*While they say the issue was resolved, it’s because they eventually waived the “return fee” because they couldn’t guarantee when our delivery would be.

My account was closed for no reason and their team member Medjugorie threatened legal action to be taken against me for selling counterfeit items. I can 100% confirm my items were not fake at all, this is what shocks me the most. They didn’t even want to seek more information from me but just decided to close my account. Absolutely ridiculous. Where do they hire from? Do they not have any professional side to them? Absolutely cowboy app.

It seems like customer service at Amazon had taken a nose dive. I have never had to contact customer service so many times as I have this past couple months. It's seriously making me reconsider renewing my Prime membership. The agents used to be so cheery, but now they all have the same responses, are curt, blame the customer or are just flat out rude. The majority of the time, the agents are like I'm interacting with a bot - or they are over-using the buttons to automatically reply with generic responses. I never had to fight for the right to return items and get my refund in full as in the past... it's really disheartening, when I love to shop on Amazon. Please train your new people better. My friend in another city has recently cancelled his Prime membership because of the crummy attitude a few of the agents he dealt with made him so frustrated. I don't want to do the same, please. Thanks in the meantime...

My tree overstayed and need an eviction. Thankfully Ruben with a truck came to evict the late stayer. It was an icy and cold day and he came any way. Took the tree and was gone in a flash. He was polite and efficient. He is from R&B Services.
