Bitdefender has been the only option I would ever think of using on my devices it's fully automatic in it's decisions or manual if you wish best, reasonably priced anti-virus out the protect yourself with what I think is the best around free anti-virus just not protect you Bitdefender does and always before the occurrence not after. Love it!

They make it impossible to unsubscribe to stop the recurring charges per month.Their Q&A page has an article that shows how to deactivate, however, the options they show are not there.When you submit a request to support. No one has ever replied. It's a scam!!!

My almost $5,000 computer got…

My almost $5,000 computer got damaged/messed up in shipping. I spoke with a customer representative and we got it handled very quickly! Disappointed because I paid for 1 day shipping and am losing a lot of money not having a computer, but happy with the service and quick resolution to get a new computer shipped out to me as quickly as possible and my 1 day shipping cost refunded. Glad I can trust Newegg to make sure everything is smooth!

Logitech software is terrible. Support are Monkeys

Logitech software is terrible.Products are good.Support is a complete joke, actually a monkey could do a better job.Software is completely unreliable. It will stop working frequently for unknown reasons. Support are useless, they don't bother to read what you send to them, they just copy paste irrelevant trouble shooting steps.Software is a total crap. They keep trying to polish it but it is still just a crap with lipstick.

If I could give less I would, Just ordered a mouse, (superlight Pro in red), accepted and now a MONTH later...nothing.Constantly fobbed off by customer services and tried to cancel but can't just taken my money, with no feedback, no updates, nothing.A company as large as logitech shouldn't take a month to arrange a mouse delivery or even update a customer on the issue or things involved

Great products but rubbish supporting…

Great products but rubbish supporting software. I have gone through their support and now they have given up. Their only advice so far was to uninstall and reinstall Options Plus. It was working fine until they updated the software - then it would no longer connect. I will struggle to buy Logitech products again for this reason.

OK,I am glad RWC is on free to view TV,BUT please ITV,get some proper rugby pundits on there.I am not criticising the analysts,just some of the presenters,eg Jill Douglas,presents most of your sports coverage,wether its,snooker,tennis,darts,tiddlywinks.I mean what does she know about rugby? She just reads things from a script

Frustrating from start to end.

How can this company even exist?First:Use this tip to save you many hours:You need to use google to search for songs ie: "Artist - song name (mix) beatport". do this in a google search.Using the search engine on shitport is a big waste of your time.So you will need to juggle around different browser tabs.Second: Be aware that you need other browser tabs open with youtube, soundcloud or the like in order to hear the full song your not sure if you wish to buy or not.The preview on trashport is often not long enough, and other times its not the part of the song you need to hear in order to decide. Such as the preview stops just before the drop.Now this might not sound like a big thing... but believe me... this will make you spend a good chunk of extra time.Third:You cannot check out (buy) many songs at a time. So if you like me end up adding 100+ songs into the basket expecting being able to buy them (I KNOW CRAZY EXPECATIONS RIGHT HERE!!!) you will be dissapointed.After getting "help" from support (see 4th) i had to move songs around baskets (save 4 later vs Main basket).Tried checking out with 100 songs in basket: Fail.... 50 songs in basket: Fail.... 25 songs in basket: Fail.My lucky number was 11 and 9 (as i tried to hit 10 x 2).So if i want to purchase all the 150songs i saved there will be quiet a bit of work for me to add 10 songs to the basket, then check out, then download, then rinse and repeat 15 times.Fourth:It took 3 days (3 x 24 hours) for support to answer my "i cannot check out support ticket".Answer was: Try checking out less than 100 songs. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME WITH THAT ANSWER!!!!!!!And apparantly the answer is not 100 songs, but 10 songs. (see third).Fifth:As i (for some reason) was determined to actually get through this insane process of buying music after having done to purchases of a total of 20 songs i realise that my most recent purchase is mixed into my first purchase meaning that i need to either download everything again or compare my previous downloaded songs with the new list of all songs.Final and last:No picture thumbnails build into the MP3's.

Terrible website and customer service

Terrible website and customer service. They sent my order to an old address and stated that there was nothing they could do about it unless the person returned the merchandise. It was never returned and I had to pay the cost with no product ever received. Also, their website is the most difficult to navigate - the worst website that I have ever ordered from.

I signed up on twitter, no problems then when I tried to login again discovered the account had mysteriously been suspended.Have been told by others this is common practice for the twitter site
