Worst ever

The only exchange platform in which when you sell short you don't get the cash from selling. Even 1 star is too much. Add the fees, non-existent customer service, insane lags, the fact that you can't change margin requirements for a position after liquidation (but if you close the position and then change - that's okay?), and pretty much everything else is terrible. Just terrible. Stay away at all cost, because any money you place in this, rest assured they will do everything in their power so you won't see it again.Nice addition: When logged in and holding a position close to liquidation, the website tends to crash before reaching liquidaiton price, so you can't buy or sell or do anything really to change the position. I am 150% sure they do this on purpose so that people who want to change their position before liquidation can't. Disgrace.Seriously, run away from this platform.

Apple 14 Pro - complaining to Apple since 2.5+ years

I had purchased the Apple 14 Pro when it was released first. This is the first iPhone that I am having battery issues. All my previous iPhone purchases never had this type of battery drain issues. I had AppleCare Plus. Having this also did not help, they never accepted that it was a battery issue or design issue. They blamed it on cycle count. The cycle count is linked to the number of times a battery issue charged. Why would the battery be charged many times? Because of the charge depleting rating is very high. Either due to defective battery or defective design. Also the complaint of phone overheating was taken as not of importance. Best is replacing this phone with Samsung or Google Pixel, eventually also put a closure of going with MacBook Pro and move to another competition. Enough of Apple writing “S..p.d” across a customer’s name. It is not that I have not complained to them. I have complained to them about this issue since the time I purchased the phone.Good luck Apple! It always starts with 1 customer defecting the Apple bandwagon, soon to be an empty wagons.

Review of vrbo

Processes designed to ensure you don't get refunds owed.

After finding out after turning up on the booked date that the apartment booked had been removed from their platform, Vrbo's customer service informed me that I could book alternative accomodation, either on their platform or through a number of provided hotel booking websites, up to a cost of approximately £200 more than my original booking.Having done this, I submitted a claim through their requested email channels with all the requested documentation and evidence of the hotel I had booked.Despite twice chasing this and being told the refund was indeed being processed, I phoned again on 22nd July to be informed that I hadn't provided my ID and thus my refund request hadn't gone anywhere... despite them not originally asking for ID where the replacement booking was made off their platform. I was told at this point that my case was now to be processed and had been escalated and prioritised. When I asked how long this would now be and what the SLA for such a prioritised case was, I was told that the department handling the case does not provide timelines as "this would upset customers if they did not hit the agreed dates"(!).Despite being ensured that my case had been escalated and that I would absolutely be receiving an email to confirm it was being dealt with, I rang and chased again today on 6th August. After nearly an hour on hold to various agents, the agent from the Resolutions team told me the course of action now was to do exactly what his colleague from the same team had done, that he would send an email to Guarantee team and that they would prioritise it accordingly. Once again I was told, despite it being 11 days since initially being escalated to that team that no timeframes could be provided and that I would have to wait indefinitely before finding out whether my refund was to be processed or not. When I challenged this again saying this is exactly what I was told last time, I was told to check my email as the information I needed was there and that the agent was going to "politely end the call". He hung up on me as I explained that I was looking at my email inbox and nothing had been sent to me.I have been left in no doubt that Vrbo's processes are specifically designed to frustrate and confuse to discourage customers from following up on any owed money from the company.I don't suspect I will ever see the roughly £150 Vrbo still owes me at this point.Company are crooks.

By far the worst company that I have…

By far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I had ordered items that were not as pictured and damaged. It was a complete drain of my time sorting out returns and getting a refund. Six months later, out of the blue, they recharged my credit card for long returned items. When I inquired how that could happen after I had a long history of calling them and verifying all items received. The employees are clueless and don't seem to have the correct training. I really regret doing business with this company

Tik Tok is horrible. My fear of snakes were exploited on my personal text messing service with No permission in the form of a joke. I deleted my account and signed a petition to close it down!No security settings at all. Pure garbage!

Extremely disappointed with salesforce. No support line that works.

Extremely disappointed with salesforce. We have invested over £25, 000 installing and development with this yes 25k! . You can't use salesforce out of the box - which btw they dont tell you..... and when you develop it the "premier support" which by the way you need to be a rocket scientist to ever get through too can't help you as you have done customisations to it... which are only basic changes like adding a quotes package....Yes we had to actually have another system link on to it.. The sales line you can get through to but they are only interested if you want to buy something...They are very blunt and unintentionally rude. Do not buy or invest in salesforce if you want to have an easy ride with a software package that works how you need it too. It has its good points, but it takes a long time to get there. after 1 year we are still not there... I would say 50% done. They need a customer service line that their enterprise customers can just call or arrange appointments with someone that can actually help - when you have the problem not 24 days after you fill in a "support ticket"

There are so many false claims on Facebook. I try to counter with my observations and I am getting a message that they are limiting the amount of posts that I can make. To me it appears to be censoring the right.
