This company is a total scam. I got an invoice by mail that this was a third notice of late payment. I contacted them and said that I have never heard of their company and never signed up for an account and that this was created as fraud. All they did was direct me to sign in using my credentials and view my terms and conditions. Obviously they ignored what I said because I have no account. They sent the apparent 1st and 2nd late notice by email which I never got. So they dont have my email. They dont have my payment information, which is required to subscribe, because then they would have charged me already. I have no idea how they got my name, which had the wrong surname, they called me Ms instead of Mr in the letter they sent. Its the worst customer service I have seen, they answer after a couple days which I guess is better than other companies but all they have done is refer me to their terms and conditions and telling me to file a police report for fraud. If I have to file a police report it will be against Xing because they have avoided all my questions and still have not proven that I agreed to their terms and conditions.

IKEA charges more for a scheduled delivery but scheduling anything with them means NOTHING. There was no attempt to contact me regarding my missed delivery window. No update that something may be out of stock. Customer service was rude and aggressive. Lied to by 2 call center employees, claiming it was on the truck and referred me to the delivery company. When it fact, the order wasn't packed at the store yet. There's is no way to call the store. No escalation, no offer to fix anything. I have to miss work AGAIN for a delivery that may not show up.

However, Ace (a member of the customer service team) helped me straight away with a same day response and got right onto cancelling my subscription with me. They really deserves a promotion. We had other people apply but since this person said she would definitely be here, we didn't contact anyone else. This was our first time EVER trying care.com and our first time trying to go out in a year. Very disappointing especially since we paid for the stupid service.

Y porque no puedo poner un 0 un montón de gente aquí metida para trabajar bueno esa palabra les queda grande porque hay pocos trabajando 4 personas en un mostrador y se molestan si te tienen que atender ya que están charlando o con el movil jugando,una vergüenza aquí se van nuestros impuestos en pagar a un montón de funcionarios que no hacen nada y sobran la mitad que después te los ves desayunado tres veces en la mañana a parte del cigarrito y haciendo sus comprar en horas de trabajo NO HAY NADIE QUE VIGILE SI CUMPLEN CON SU TRABAJO???
