Unfortunately, very disappointing customer and user Services. They lack care, empathy, or quality customer support like they advertise, even if you pay them for months. I'm the guy who is in the community for years and have been paying for a nitro sub non-stop and I have sent out a bunch of emails recently about a personal problem I have experienced and no one seemed to really care. Its frustrating and disappointing really, considering Discord's size and influence as a company. Should follow the example of others, even smaller companies as soon as possible.

I had thought Victoria's Secret was a reputable company. Now I know, after chasing an order for almost a month, it a company without any customer service at all.In fact, I feel as a customer, that this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from.An order was placed and paid for, on Saturday 25 November 2023, in their Birmingham UK store to be collected at Sheffield City UK. The salesperson checked it was in stock at the collection point, it was. I paid for the item, in Birmingham, in order for it to be collected on 28 November 2023 in Sheffield.It was not there, even though I had been told it was available when I paid for the item, nor did they know when it would be. It is almost impossible to get in touch with Victorias Secret. Chat option useless, telephone calls useless, just told "go back to the store in Birmingham to cancel and get a refund" Birmingham is 91 miles from where I live. They sure don't want to pay my travel expenses!!!!!! Told "you can go to any store", of course at my own expense, not very helpful advice. The item was part of a set of underwear.It is now almost Christmas and still no item.

Unfair Interest Charges – A Hidden Trap!My wife accidentally made a credit card payment of around 2,400 CHF. We paid the full amount, but UBS didn’t take the money immediately. Instead, they delayed the transaction for up to three weeks while continuing to charge us an outrageous interest fee of 88 CHF per month!When we called customer service, they simply told us that this is their process. Meanwhile, the delay works entirely in their favor, costing customers like us significant extra money. This feels like a deliberate scheme to profit from unnecessary interest charges.Be very careful when dealing with UBS credit cards! Their system is designed to maximize fees at your expense. I strongly advise others to reconsider before banking with them.

The AI itself is pretty dumb compare other AI around. Data collection of whatever you do AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BROWSER, it allows Perplexity to LOG your keyboard input.Potentialy a TROJAN as he can not only log your key input but also save the website you visit, clearly meaning it can steal your login and password from any website. And so on... ELUDE AT ALL COSTS! You don't believe me? Just ask Perplexity, the AI will give you those answers!

Horrible company. They do not even know, how to run a basic website. They send me codes for every login, but when I look up the code on my text msg app, the pop-up window dissapears and asks for another login and won't accept the old 2fa code. How useless is this? Maybe they just want to lock everybody out to prevent bad reviews because their latest GoPro 12 is so bad. Will never buy a GoPro again

Was great... 2 years ago we even recommended it to businesses.Unfortunately since the so called "upgrade" we just have constant issues. We tried the new interface and had issues with it. I don't know many that think is an upgrade. They extended the period of change over as they obviously had issues. Now buggy and we have the problem of changing an accounting system which isn't easy...

This is the worst application i have ever had the displeasure of using. Unfortunately, all the staff have brainrot and this is the worst developed application of all time, I could give a monkey a keyboard and he would be able to code a better application than all these supposed qualified employees. App won't let me log in and accept terms despite clicking accept several times. A literal monkey with a keyboard could fix this issue in a reasonable time, but the hundreds of employees battle net have cannot? Disgraceful.

As a driver working with Uber, I feel the need to share my deep dissatisfaction with the way the system currently treats drivers. The platform frequently assigns extremely low-paying and unreasonable orders, and when I decline these poor offers — which are often not worth the time or gas — the system seems to penalize me by either not sending any new orders or giving me even worse ones.It feels like there is no fairness or transparency in how jobs are distributed. Drivers who don’t accept the “garbage” orders are clearly being pushed down, which is demoralizing and unfair. I put in long hours, take care of my car, and try to provide excellent service to every rider — yet the treatment from the platform shows no respect for the time, effort, and rising costs that drivers deal with daily.It’s also extremely frustrating that these practices are known, and still nothing changes. The state and the public should know how drivers are being used and underpaid while Uber continues to profit.This situation is unacceptable, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.
