I found this site very difficult to use as an artist. I couldn't export the events into my calendar. I found the sync with other sites frustrating and half-worked and was counter-intuitive. But the most frustrating was not being able to see who RSVPed to my events. For an event site to make that difficult is mind blowing. Isn't that the whole point for an artist to be able to see that?

I told my husband not to install this. The internet goes out which mean evidently now we have no gas heat. I call support bc this is a rental and they say they need someone there to troubleshoot it. Ok I’m over 1000 miles away and this is 2 weeks old. It’s January, someone is checking in today and there is no heat in the house. Let me mention that the old non smart thermostat that you could just set and forget worked just fine. No problems now I have to actually be there for them to figure out what is wrong with a 2 week old device. Good thing the pipes haven’t frozen. I hate you nest I hate you

Uploaded photos fail to appear half of the time, requiring manual staff review which usually doesn't happen until you email them. Seemingly no logic as to which photos do or don't appear. Even when photos are manually added they aren't always attached to the review or user account even if submitted together.Discrepancies in review rating options between different editions of the site: desktop and mobile.

The Irish Baileys bar in Costa Tegise Lanzarote is brilliant the bar staff in particular Adam is so helpful, busy never stops being chatty with customers and is so helpful. Well done to this bar also we had a lovely meal before they made sure we were able to watch a horse race that we were desperate to watch thank you guys for your service. Will come again.

What an awful company to try and get hold of if you have a problem. Customer support has no email address to reply to. Easier to get through to the Whitehouse than speak to somebody by phone - after AI ask you a hundred questions but still don't understand. When you eventually get through the call centre in India they don't understand you!

I placed a ($300) order with A & F on 12/6, and paid for 2-3 day delivery. 6 days passed with no delivery and no communication from the company to update the ETA. when I look into their shipping tracking portal it says the order has been shipped, but has not yet arrived at the dispatch facilities. On Saturday 12/12 I called to find out when it is estimated to arrive. I leave town for two months on Thursday, 12/17, and wanted to request that either 1) it arrive by then, 2) we change the delivery address or 3) they cancel the order and refund me. The rep I spoke with said the only thing he can do is cancel the order. He said he cancelled the order, though I did not receive anything to prove such. I requested that he send me an email and he said he could not. He said that Finance would approve the request on Monday (12/14) and that I'd be refunded in 2-3 business days. 3 business days have passed and I have not received any update. The shipping portal still says the goods have not arrived at the dispatch facilities, and no refund has been issued. Today, 12/16 I called in again and after waiting another 25 minutes on hold, I'm told that the last rep I spoke with did not cancel my order and so the process has to start from scratch. This rep could still not provide me with anything to confirm what she had done, and again I had to trust her. I requested that she escalate the issue and all she could offer was the option to leave a message for a supervisor to call me back. I did so and have not heard back, have not received a refund, and have not received an order update. The systems they have for customer service are unacceptable, and I will not be shopping there again.

Stay the hell away from this service!After more than 4 years, we finally kicked MailerLite to the curb. Their customer support? A soulless army of NPCs who couldn’t care less about real issues or concerns. As long as you’re forking over your cash, it’s all smiles. But the moment you hit a snag? Radio silence.Technically, MailerLite is nothing to write home about either. Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns blow them out of the water in every possible way. Save yourself the frustration and the cash – MailerLite is a waste of both!

Give them five stars for being absolutely useless. My Facebook business page was hacked and £800 was took out over a 4 hour window I cancelled my bank. I tried to contact Facebook a number of times with no response. Tried to reset passwords with no avail. My Facebook account is blocked because of Instagram account that is linked to my Facebook account which does not belong to me.So every time I try to login to Facebook it directed me to log into Instagram to solve to problem but the Instagram account belongs to the person that hacked my Facebook. I have emailed Facebook a number of times but no response. Can't set up a new account because it has all my old details A big thanks to Facebook for there customer support. Don't know how there a global company. I wouldn't advise any on to advertise their business on Facebook because when it goes wrong it absolutely goes wrong. It nearly finished my business. Sill can't get my head around it. Not one response and no straight forward way to contact them only useless advice. Going on six months now and no further on. I've give up. My Facebook account doesn't even exist now
