These guys are totally unreliable. They tell me a book collection I wanted was in stock. Charged my card and even gave me a delivery date "on or before Jan 8, 2020". Nothing turned up. When I inquired they tell me they sent my inquiry to Bookstore99 who after taking 3 days tell me the shipment was lost! They offered to order a set and send it to me by express service at their cost. As of today no sign of the books or even a reply to my inquiry! Never do business with them.

There are things you need to access at the bottom of the screen, but can't as it just popping up new articles. Then turned out the article wasn't related to the title, for a tech website, it was clearly aimed at non-tech people. Gave up and went elsehwere.

What a joke. It's the worst company with the worst support possible. Doesn't let me access my profile anymore and doesn't accept my ID either even though asking for it is too much.Garbage. I can't access my profile for more then a year lmao and now I even don't want anymore

I would give less stars if I could. I was browsing their site and never clicked to subscribe. The next thing I know, my credit card (which was listed from a prior time I created the account) was charged a monthly fee plus an extra "combined check plan" that I never signed up for. When I got on the help chat, the representative told me she could not refund the money they charged. When I persisted to have these erroneous charges reversed, she end the chat abruptly. No reputable business would do this. In addition, when I did search for a caregiver, the listings were out of date. The people I contacted were either not available or not interested. Save your money and do not deal with this useless service.

This is one of the worst companies out there. Customer service is non-existent. If you have points, it's nearly impossible to find hotels where you can use them. If your points expire because of that, you will not be able to get them reinstated even just two weeks after they expire because customer service is there only to rip off their customers. You will not get notifications that your points will expire soon, or that will be somewhere in a fine print impossible to find. It's a scam, run as fast as you can from it.

This free trial is a scam.You sign up and provide your credit card details only for the transparent images still to be locked behind a pay wall for another $37AUD. They only allow you to download the watermarked JPEG with the trial (publically available anyway).That was misleading and disceptive.Don't waste your time.
