A little upset on two fronts.Xbox suddenly overheats, its placement is on an open and firm surface with no obstruction to the air vents, furthermore, there is no dust on the air vent upon expectation. I have only had the device for 6 months.Return for repair is my only option, but that can take up to 2 weeks process i believe. My Xbox live membership and game pass runs out in a few weeks, which means i am at a lost of using my Xbox and memberships during the repair process.There are now no means to contact Xbox live via phone or chat as these options are not available when select hardware/network issues on their website. If you phone them directly, after 5 mins of button-pushing the advice is to go to xboxlive.co.uk and the call then hangs up. But i did notice that if you select account > trouble buying content on their website instead of hardware/network issue, the option for a call back is available.Received a call from Xbox, explained my issues, he went away to speak with someone, the phone call was terminated, and no callback, FYI they have my number.Sorry for the long-winded question, but i thought i would share my customer journey, which is not what i expect from Microsoft.

Avoid buying ELECTRONIC and WEARABLES such as glasses, dresses from Temu. Order delivered late with missing items and lowest possible quality. VERY SHADY DESCRIPTION ofItems in catalog and delivered item does not match the one shown in description.

First off, I'm pretty sure all the negative reviews here (as of this writing) are paid for. I found the really low Truspilot rating on a Squarespace competitor's website and was quite shocked so came here to investigate. Whenever I've contacted customer support, I've received responses within hours. On some occasions, minutes... and I've always had any problems resolved very quickly.Anyway, I've been using Squarespace since 2015 and it is hands-down the best DIY web builder out there. Some of the limitations can be annoying, but given the ease with which you can put up a website and maintain it, it's not a deal breaker.The templates are an easy springboard to get started, but you can customise them quite a bit. I'm now grandfathered into an older version and migrating to their newest one. They've been good enough to offer the difference on my remaining subscription back as a refund.

I was using chatgpt and was quite ok with it up to when I decided to buy the plus version because of limitations with the length of sicussions, after I did that I got a version which was so sterile and full of disclaimers and pep talk that I almost puked, nothing as the personality I have shaped for it up to now and therefore I wanted to cancel and get a refund as a eu citizen which I am legally entitled, the instructions for that in their webpage are misleading and Im still trying to find out how to do it 2 hrs later... whatever you do DO NOT BUY PLUS, just work with what its already provided, thank me later

I purchased five tickets for a movie and 2 family members were not able to make it since they were coming from out of town and they are having car troubles. I called customer service to get refunded for the two tickets we could not use (over two hours before the movie start time.) I was told that they could only refund the whole order and that I would have to go back in and try to purchase the three tickets I needed again, but that they may no longer be available. Obviously they would not be since it is a hight demand movie. I was forced to pay for five seats in order for my daughter to see the movie. It is ridiculous that in this day and age, Fandango does not have the capability to refund a single ticket from an order. Apparently they do not know how to regenerate a QR code. It seems like this should not have been hard to figure out. I will not be using Fandango ever again. I hope that this information saves someone the trouble that I have had.

DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with customer service to get a refund for something THEY took 3-4 weeks to ship. A joke of a company. Tried to call customer service, it was busy. Tried to text, no reply. Tried to email, NO REPLY! A joke.

One of the worst writers, not sure why they get paid for making irrelevant movie lists. For example the Gilmore Girls article where Lorelai would’ve been different in today’s society. All their writer, Aya T. had to say was about social media and dating apps 🤦♀️. Is this all we do today, post pictures on Instagram, make videos on TikTok and go on dating sites? Was this written by a 14 year old? How pathetic and boring. It took her ten paragraphs to talk about nothing. This page should really have a like and dislike button and comment section.

I have being doing the ISay surveys for several years now and recently tried to login to my account and was told to submit a change of password request. Nothing happened so I wrote to customer service and they replied that I had 'deleted' my account!I had over £70 of vouchers in my account, so if I did delete it, this was accidental (and obviously easily and unknowingly done). I have written back twice now to customer services,advising them of the obvious error, asking them to either reinstate my account or send me the value of the vouchers. There has been no response for several days now, so it seems that all those years of helping them out has been wasted. NOT HAPPY

These guys are totally unreliable. They tell me a book collection I wanted was in stock. Charged my card and even gave me a delivery date "on or before Jan 8, 2020". Nothing turned up. When I inquired they tell me they sent my inquiry to Bookstore99 who after taking 3 days tell me the shipment was lost! They offered to order a set and send it to me by express service at their cost. As of today no sign of the books or even a reply to my inquiry! Never do business with them.
