My parents are 90 years old and have been charged $40 mthly for past 13 years even though they tried to cancel an AOL service back in 2010. My mother couldn't remember her old email address so AOL said they couldn't cancel the service. My mom not knowing to just stop paying the monthly kept paying it on her credit card for 13 yrs. I called on April 4, 2023 and tried to cancel the service so they would stop charging her credit card for something she hasn't even had for 13 years and was told by AOL representative without an email address they couldn't cancel service. They have a phone number and an address of the service but couldn't cancel with either of those. So I canceled mom's credit card. Well once AOL no longer could drain the credit card they canceled service and sent a bill of $163 saying they were going to sue my parents for payment. I just spent an hour on the phone with 4 different people and still they want their $163. AOL is a foreign country operated company. There is no integrity with this company and it is one of the largest scams in United States.

Terrible customer service, the amount of moving the goal posts when asking a direct question is insane. They do not help resolve anything, they just get you to open a ticket... then if you have a ticket, they ask you to open another one, and then hang up. Useless & rude

Been using Squarespace 5, recently switched to 6. After a little bit of getting used to the new format, was soon into the swing of things, and realized that the new features and usability was a marked improvement over the already excellent v5!
It's a great (really great) product, and allows for creation of an excellent personalized site quickly and with no prior knowledge of website design (although also has wide array of advanced features to allow developers room for tweaking).
Perhaps the most impressive feature though, is the phenomenal service!! I am UK based, so often I send a support ticket in at what would be the middle of the night in US. Usually get truly useful response within the hour... UNBELIEVABLE!! Recently had a major glitch with my shop - they were right on top of it, and made some fundamental improvements to this aspect of the shop structure within 48hrs.
CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!

I've been buying and selling on eBay for over 20 years. Back then, private sellers were its lifeblood and helped make it the giant company it is today.Ebay now hates private sellers and has turned its back on them, introducing increasingly unfriendly policies that make it harder and harder for small private sellers - things like Buyer Protection Fees (which make your items more expensive for the buyer), compulsory use of its Simple Delivery system which is more expensive than standard postage options and forces you to use certain suppliers.I had over 1,000 sales on eBay was buying and selling for over 20 years and never received a single piece of negative feedback. Now I've closed my account. EBay made it very clear they no longer valued me as a customer, so I'm not sticking around.

Buyer Beware! I don't normally write reviews, but decided it's time after receiving the worse customer service ever from Bed Bath & Beyond... I purchased a microwave oven along with many other items from Bed Bath & Beyond for my college kid just to find out almost a month later the microwave never arrived. Even worse, no one from Bed Bath & Beyond ever bother to notify me nor refund my credit card for the purchase. So why would there website shows the microwave was delivered when it fact it was not? I ended up calling customer service to try and find out what happened but it went downhill from there. After speaking with a representative followed by two different supervisors that were all unfriendly and really could careless about the principal of this matter, I still have no real answers. Unfortunately, since Bed Bath & Beyond are unable to do there job my son is still without a microwave. All I wanted was real answers and a replacement but according to them, that's not there policy and unable to help me any further. So much wasted time spent, but there is a happy ending, I was able to ordered my son the same microwave on Amazon Prime for less. So long Bed Bath & Beyond.... Hello Amazon!!!

I have already provided all available proof regarding the payment method, including documents that clearly show the name, address, and the last four digits of the card. I’m unsure what more is required, especially considering every payment is authorized at the time of placing an order.It’s extremely frustrating that my account remains locked over this, even after submitting the requested documents. I currently have several missing orders and cannot track or return them due to restricted access.If you're still not satisfied with the provided proofs, I request that you remove the card in question and immediately reopen my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider legal action.

Placed online order 11/29. Recvd email 12/1 stating to expect to receive it within 3-10 business days. 12/4 - They charged my card (even tho thier website and confirmation email both state that they will not charge your card until the order ships). Also, received the tracking number. It has never shipped. Asked Ulta for a refund (via 2 chats, 3 phone calls and 2 supervisors). Was told the order was "completed" in their warehouse so they can't cancel it or issue a refund. Ridiculous.
