I just spent an hour trying to pay for Claude and realized that they don't offer support for Pro account signup issues! They will send you to a page with general questions, that's all. Support for my card provider informed me that they don't even see these declines, as they are happening on Anthropic's end, or should I clarify: Stripe's end. Claude uses Stripe for payment. How can a self-respecting business, which I thought this was, not have any way to contact them, for billing issues. Imagine if I was trying to stop my subscription and had the same problem, and they just kept billing me and billing me until I died. Unimaginable what the so called LLM providers are getting away with these days. Until they can operate like a 'real business' my money stays in my pocket.

No stars. Can't believe I am spending another WHOLE day on hold waiting for customer service to address an issue-4.5 hrs and still in the queue. Appalling, esp for a communication company to not have a call-back service. They do this on purpose as most people won't stay on hold for 4+ hrs. Also liars. Promised to put phone on $180 contract in Nov, still not done Feb. Bills $500/mth for one elevator phone. Can't think of any other comp. that does service so poorly.

we bought 2 nokia 7.2 to replace our old samsung galaxy a5 and huawei p10 lite,the phones are as good as useless you cant use bluetooth to transfer music or picture files it just refuses to work and i have numerous chats with nokia customer services about this they even deny there is any issues well just google bluetooth issues with nokia 7.2 and see who is telling the truth battery is also very very poor,its a 3500mah battery for example i work a 9 hour shift i get 2 30 min breaks and i put my phone on charge during my breaks and without making any calls etc and my phone just sitting in my locker during my shift at the end of the day it was at 16 per cent now after 4 months use the phone switches off during calls and the screen freezes during writing texts and emails and now the touch screen does not work very well and also beware if like me you buy on the ee network ee do not allow you to trade in a nokia to get an early upgrade.so i am stuck with a phone thats almost unusable for 18 months only good thing about this phone is the camera but avoid nokia like the plague,they make a big fuss over their security updates and their phones being in the james bond movies their phones are garbage do not buy them

Mine misses half records on videos, states video not available. Have to reset it all the time, worst $300 piece of crap I bought. Should have bought blink like my father for half the price, he never has the issues. I have issues with my Google nest flood light Camara all time, he loses Internet all the time I never do and never has issues with his blink flood light camera. This has been happening since I installed it.

Hopeless. Rarely accurate. The forecast yesterday, and up to 15 minutes ago, for this morning was for <5% chance of rain. I have sat here listening to thunder and watching a downpour for the last hour. According to the Met's own radar this was happening but the website forecast didn't show it. I am paying for this through my taxes and it is useless.

Watching the FIBA Women’s BBall World Cup. I have long turned off the commentary. The announcer droned on and on, about nothing. Literally, I’m not sure if she took a breath. What happened to old school okay by play announcers? Every moment in a game does not have to be filled with chatter. It has ruined the experience for me.

I ordered an item online and clicked the button to have it delivered next day, when I received the confirmation email it said delivery 7 days later. I emailed them straight away as I required the item urgently,when they replied they said it would be before the 7 days. When I checked the item on line again they had altered the website to read the delivery date.I waited until the day it should have been delivered and got a message from the delivery company to say it would be the next day.Come on El Corte Ingles, get your act together and perform like the large company that you are and sort out your customer service as I am still waiting for a reply to my 2nd email it should be common courtesy to obtain a reply.

They only pretend they want to help, but they won’t really help. Any promised cash back rewards, just forget it. The process is so long to request it back that you will eventually give up following up on the request. I will never book with agoda again, if you can maintain the trust, it’s too risky.

I order from Kroger every week. I normally use instacart. They are great. The 3 times I have used Kroger delivery, have all been wrong. The first time was during Covid where I ended up with 3 boxes of cereal and 2 gallons of milk among other things. These were things some family obviously needed. The second time I ended up with fresh fruit and artisan cheeses. That was fine with me but I’m sure whoever got my order as not happy. But today I got rubbing alcohol, qtips, ginger ale, vapo rub and Lysol. Somebody is sick and needed this order. That made me angry.
