Do not trust this company!!

Do not trust this company!!! They say that they honor and take very seriously Copyrights, but at the same time they apologize themselves saying that their personnel do not review the material that is uploaded to their platform. This is the seriousness with which they use and sell, without permission, someone else's Copyright work.My book has 84 views in their platform and the price online in Amazon is $9.99 dollars. They have deprived me more than $800.00 dollars in sales.

The customer care is suffering…

The customer care is suffering psychiatric symptoms, they yelled at me at three calls, and blocked me to call. Probably they have no time and interest to keep customer. Afterwards I sent message on @AskMastercard at twitter, and they replied that this is not their job to help. Worst service. sometimes card worked at abroad, sometimes didn't work. Completely unreliable. Don't recommend to buy the MasterCard to anyone. The second reply by the @AskMastercard took 49 days. That was today, i.e., 26 July, 2024. Probably Mastercard should reflect, how they operate.

Almost as many ads as content!

Aside from the awful buffering, nearly 4 minutes of adverts every 5 minutes is absolutely hopeless for viewer enjoyment. Get real C4!

Review of zoom

Not good at all.

To be honest with you Zoom is very poor. Not because of the facility itself in terms of the meetings you can have and record but because of the customer support system, which basically doesn't exist.I rang multiple times regarding an issue I had converting a recorded meeting for later use. The telephone staff where entirely limited in what they knew and could offer as help. Each time I was told my message, with an outline of my issue, would be passed on and someone would reach out to me. Unfortunately, either no one did, or if they did it was an automated email asking again what the issue was and each time I replied I never heard anything again in reply. I was a paying subscriber to Zoom and when I cancelled my payment, almost quite humourously I received an email from the 'CEO' of Zoom asking for feedback and that they were sorry to see me leave. Even though this was again clearly an automated email I replied and guess what, I didn't hear anything back.Zoom is okay for basic needs but to use it as part of your business I would think twice, especially when paying.The staff on the telephone even when I explained I'd already tried the process over the phone many times said they were sorry but there was nothing else they could do and no one else I could speak to. They seemed clueless themselves and didn't even seem to care or be slightly interested in solving my issue as a paying customer. They were only there to tick boxes for a failed system.

They keep raising prices, it is very useful but each month they limit your use or force you to increase your package. New developments most of time are also only for higher tiers and out of our reach. We already pay over 5000 EUR per month!

I have often ordered through Amazon and it is usually fairly easy and delivery on time. But this my new phone got list by the carrier. No problem I thought, I contact Amazon to get a replacement.... Now 3 days later, the carrier has still not been contacted by amazon for a confirmation of the lost goods and for some reason Amazon doesn't answer any of my questions, I just keep getting an automated email from their customer service representatives. I doubt they even read what's in the emails... Edit: got a replacement in the end, and this time they send it with DHL express.

Worst customer service in the eorld

If you are not already a Telstra customer, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of becoming one. They have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After purchasing a faulty product from them 3 months ago I am still waiting for a full refund. I have switched to amsysim, a far superior provider, and Telstra have now billed me for the modem they provided. They are threatening to refer me to credit collectors if I don’t pay $200. Can I refer them to credit collectors for the $40 refund I have been promised but never received. I have spent literally days trying to communicate with them. STAY AWAY.

If I could cut that one star into a…

If I could cut that one star into a million pieces I would, and serve it back to you every 7 mins, for 5 sec, interupting everything you do, everything. Cut into every song, cut into every movie at key points, cut into every video, every few minutes for 5 sce like a brat of a child constantly interupting the adults, mom can I have a dollar mom can I have a dollar mom mom . The big ad push is not gaining you customers, you are driving the adults away. OH look just in time Ad Blockers.....really wtf. VIRUS----anti Virus. Im not paying. YOU ARE A BULLY. Choke on your ads Im leaving. You and every platform that does this. The idoits that run to pay have ruined it all. United is a word Unknown to america.
