Our first cruise ever so excited & disappointed at the same time, not as we expected or told it would be at all. all the staff and crew were happy & helpful at all times and the ship is amazing, every meal we had was above our expectations, however very disappointed at never once in the 12 days able to get a sun bed, taken up by the same people every day and reservations made on them even though it was advised not to reserve? the few pubs/ drinking places all the seats were always taken we ended sitting in the coffee shop, we paid our gratuities £300 upfront and most passengers stopped this being added to the room saying they would pay direct to staff, customer services on board assured us that all staff knew who had paid upfront - this was not the case as on the last day they all expected a tip in the hand - we explained we had already paid it upfront and they were not happy with that so we assume RC keep that and the customer service team gave us wrong information, we paid a lot more than people were paying directly to staff - that made us feel very uncomfortable, there was a lot of cut backs according to other passengers even down to no crisps in 270 dining apparently staff advised they no longer offer them with meals now? got the coach $20.00 into lanzarote as i am disabled and the coach driver never turned up to pick us up - left us 1hr 20 mins in the searing heat, we had to walk back which totally ruined my next 2 days as in so much pain, we were refunded the $20.00 straight away - we will be cruising again as i am sure we were just unfortunate on this cruise over £4000.00 for this trip expensive for a cruise that was not as expected - we will try another cruise line and hopefully get the experience of a life time but never again with RC

Actually, would give them zero stars if possible. No concern for people getting scammed left and right. False information about the creators (says they are in one country, when they are based out of another). They need to have a better vetting process before letting people try to post products.

I have had the worst experience with your service and platform. Half the time the interface doesn't even work. I've submitted 1 chat, 3 tickets and 2 reviews and have had ZERO follow-up response in 3 months of use! 1. I tried using your "educational" material. Your training material is out of date. The interfaces you show don't match the version currently in production.2. Automation works 2-3 days then just stops. No errors. It just stops.3. I try to edit a simple emails and the email editor just stops working or crashes and redirects you to another page only saving 1/2 your edit.4. Forms don't respond the way they're built. I have two I've built in the floating bar format and both are set to redirect to a given URL, yet they refuse to do anything but show a thank you message.5. The one time I did talk to someone via chat I asked what I believed to be a simple question. Can you take the Personalization Tag that one of my connected apps generates (Eventbrite) and put those in custom fields to capture the data? The person told me they didn't know and told me I just needed more training. Then proceeded to send me more of the same out of date links to your training material.6.Promises from sales people of a whole "onboarding" process... Nothing, not even a followup email from the sales.I could go on but what's the use. Don't buy this product. The platform is seemingly unstable and the support is non existing. Sad when you have to go to a public forum to even get noticed!

Beside there’s a lot of creative top level designer to share and learn to improve my design quality, the community is also always helpful for valuable input. The competition of contest is great, It’s nice to see people always work hard and strive for the best design.

Wordfence is just excellent.

Wordfence is just excellent.I use the free version of the Wordfence plugin on many sites that I am tasked with keeping secure. I use the free Wordfence.com account to manage them all in one spot. The system works very well! I am happy with the site, the plugins, and especially the support. Every time I have had an issue, I was helped quickly and courteously. They also respond to feedback and suggestions.

I had just opened an account and uploaded some designs. I was having a blast and a bunch of my friends were getting ready to order shirts. I'm in a band. But my account was suddenly deleted, only stating I violated the terms and conditions. I read the terms but I am not clear on what exactly I did wrong so I can FIX IT, but no one at Teepublic will tell me anything. Seems highly unprofessional. If you're going to delete someone's entire account, please have the courtesy to simply say what was wrong, other than a very vague "violation of terms."

False Advertising

I contacted the seller about their false advertising one a buy one get one free purchase. They offered be a 10% discount. Totally unacceptable. The product was $13.50 and they offered $3.00. Contacted Etsy to inform them of this false advertising and they did NOTHING! Told me to contact the seller which I did. The sellers solution was NOT to honor the advertising. Etsy should back customers not their sellers. This is wrong and I'm not happy about it.

Company that cant even ship preordered items on time

I preordered a game that came out on a Friday, with Express shipping. It has now been a week since the game even released, and purolator (also a terrible company) told me that they haven't even recieved my parcel from amazon. Last time I pre ordered a game with Express shipping it was shipped on the Friday it was released and was at my house on Monday, and canda post was on strike! This is just ridiculous. I'm now waiting till at least the 18th (nearly two weeks later!) And purolator STILL doesnt have my package. No shipping info updates or anything. Bad form. Especially before Christmas, save yourselves the headache and just go buy stuff at Walmart.

My worst experience with Google Ads was…

My worst experience with Google Ads was dealing with their support team. It's incredibly difficult to get proper assistance. Even if you have a scheduled call, they might contact you a day or two later, claiming they tried to reach you but got no response. They’ll then say someone else will call you, but that never happens, and the matter is left unresolved. On top of that, I gained no benefit from the ads themselves.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I came to return an item because the size doesn’t fit my son. We ordered another instead which is fine. I was told I have post it or get exchange. Then I said okay and started to look for something which was not my plan to buy. Again I was told to find something in order to match the price of the item I was exchanging. I got an item and was told to pay extra for the price of it, paid. Then they told me the item which I paid cash will as exchange also. I couldn’t understand why but no one could explain, all they could say was company policy. I spent long time to comply with what I was told. As I was waiting they ignored me and serving 2 other customers whom came as I was waiting. This is ridiculous. It is common to return any product that has a receipt in store anywhere in the UK. Big question mark.

I think Thumbtack is a great service. Every time I need a job done, I go to Thumbtack to find a company to help resolve my problem and get the job done. Every single company I used through Thumbtack has been excellent! Thumbtack gives me several options to choose from. The companies I chose for each job, contacted me within minutes, and each company I chose was prompt, expert, pleasant, and communicative. Thumbtack is now my go-to whenever I need a job done around the house.
