If I could I would give them a negative 10. A parcel was to be delivered Friday and I stayed home and they didn't show up saying I was closed. I live in a apartment. They said it would be delivered Saturday, so I stayed home again. You guessed it, didn't show up. I phoned and big time complained and they said it would be delivered Sunday, and once again no delivery. So they say Monday we shall see

Care-Com TOTAL SCAM 10-29-24 (Marketing Solutions)I received a phone call from Care.com to assist us in bringing in new families to our daycare. I was told parents needed to leave reviews. I sent out emails to 127 families and most could not leave a review. I tried to have parents complete reviews of the school to increase our views. It did not work. Parents tried to leave reviews but they never posted or went through. I called and emailed care.com but had no one respond until a week later.I was told I would receive many requested for the open 16 slots I had at my daycare. She said I would get so many requests, much more than the 4 I got through care.com. I only had 1 family visit but they scheduled the tour 1 hour before they came and I was out of the building. Once I finally got back to speak with them, they were unable to get child care assistance so nothing came of it. The initial phone call, I was told I could try Care.com for a month for $1.00. Following month would be $266.56 and $366.56 there after. I was told that even 1 new child through Care.com would pay for the subscription to Care.com. That was a total lie! I had so many problems from the start. I have been working with Jennifer Haston starting back, 9/30/24. Many times I tried to email or call but it never went through. By mid October I wanted to cancel Care.com before I had to pay the $266.56. I finally had a meeting with Jennifer Haston on 10/29/24. I explained Care.com is not something that has helped my school and it has been very stressful trying to kick it off and I have to cancel. Jennifer Haston told me I am not allowed to cancel. I have no choice but to pay the 3 months. I NEVER signed a contract for 3 months. They scammed me and I want to cancel and have my money refunded.I did contact the BBB and FTC where I filed complaints. I also filed a complaint at the county office in New Jersey. I want Care-com/Marketing Solutions cancelled on my credit card and I do not want other people to get scammed the way I did.Care.ComJennifer Haston, Marketing Solutions Jenn Haston

Absolutely loved my first experience using Rover with a Sitter in Tampa close to my vacation destination. She had a passion for all animals as she helps at animal shelters and handles all needs for pets including home visits to give meds multiple times a day as well as offering sitting in her home. My LuLu was right at home as the sitter provided professionalism in communicating how she was doing along with a plan to introduce to other pets to ensure smooth transition. Loved the daily updates and pictures provided as well as concern for all pets.

My return package is lost! I contacted ASOS via their ChatBot and after that I reached a person. No help available and no refund. Although the amount was small ca. 300 kr it is the principle of the unsatisfactory customer service that is challenging.

I have been buying Crocs for over 10 years now since a foot surgery. I buy anywhere from 4 to 10 pairs of shoes a year. This year I bought the same pair of flip flops I have been buying all these years, but this year the dots on the inside are not very big you can hardly feel them. I emailed the company on their website and told them my concern and asked if this is how they were going to be from now on.....The response I got was very rude and didn't answer my question. My biggest concern is there is not as much support and the dots are not there to help keep your foot in the shoe. TODAY...it rained and my shoes were so slippery that I could hardly walk in them and almost fell.......I'm interested to see what happens with these shoes.....

This would be negative stars if possible.I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with Macys.com. Macy’s was my go to store for over 40 years but in recent years their online order department and fulfillment departments have screwed up countless orders to include charging me for product I did not receive, sending me the wrong items, mailing to the wrong address and billing me for product they did not have in stock. I have a K750 keyboard and a Logitech wireless mouse. I have a receiver, I followed the instructions on unifying the devices onto one computer; downloaded the unifying software and only one of these devices will pair with the computer. The phone number on the Logitech website is missing a digit and I need to get this resolved soon. Frustrating!

I bought a Lenovo G5 14 on black Friday. I bought it exactly on black Friday when it was being sold for over £100 cheaper. I received the product on Tuesday and it has been working very well since. The computer is very quiet at all times, when i am play Minecraft java edition I get locked 75fps on 16-18 render distance. The gtx 1650 super does seem to be small with 4gb vram, but it is very good and supports all my needs. The computer handles anything very well. I was quite suspicious at first, due to the other reviews, but i guess i was lucky. ( I still don't 100% trust Lenovo though and you should be wary too.)But one side note, NEVER buy Lenovo products after black Friday, or on cyber Monday. They sell out thick and fast. Many people get their order cancelled after buying after black Friday.When checked my same product on Monday, it was sold out. I am very grateful I bought on black Friday.
