Att has employees who makes mistakes on your account and the company refuses to fix the error. I had a feature taken off my account by mistake on their end (next up upgrade) and they refuse to fix the issue. I paid the 18 months required for an upgrade when they turned off the feature and now they will not do a thing to make it right. How does a company make a mistake and the customer pay for it? They basically said “it is what it is”. Great customer service.

Bought an expensive robot vacuum cleaner on black friday, received a computer screen - clearly the wrong item.I've been trying to get a refund, but Amazon support simply issue a return label with instructions to wait for UPS who never arrive, I'm not on the 5th return label, I've never had anyone attempt to collect and amazon offer no alternatives, they wont give me the ups tracking number, they wont process my refund until they receive 'the item' which is obviously the wrong item so whats going to happen when they dont recieve the same item on the order?Overall it's cost me so much time on the support chat with them, to still be left nearly a month later without my item or money. Despicable service.

Purchased an S21 Ultra for an obscene amount of money. A few months after the warranty expired (which is only 1 year; that ought to tell you something), all of my wireless connections stopped working. My bluetooth, wifi, and mobile hotspot work less than 50% of the time. Typically, those functions won't even "turn on." Customer service essentially told my that I'm SOL and I should just pay a $250 deductible through Asurion to get a "new" (refurbished) phone. Never had this issue until a software update around 2/23. I've always preferred Android over the Apple IOS, but I may have to switch back, unfortunately. Couldn't be more disappointed. Why buy a product that will never be supported? The cameras and battery life are great, but I rely on my mobile hotspot to work from home, so without that my phone is useless. And we're not talking about a 2013 phone; the S21 was the latest model at the time I bought it. This type of planned obsolescence is infuriating and pathetic. I'll never purchase another Samsung device, and I'll encourage my friends and family to do the same. If you want a reliable phone, don't buy a Galaxy.

The best virtual machine for Mac OS , and I run the windows 11 on the PD18 without any problem , it is stable and running perfectly, by the way, I install the windows 11 direclty from Parallels, But I get the win 11 from the Microsoft parnter online store keyingo.com, hope I can help someone who needs it !

Today I was ripped off by driver Miguel in Orlando to the tune of $80 for purported DAMAGE! Myself and my two 9yr old daughters travelled for 20 minutes in his vehicle and we caused …damage ! I ok up the matter with Lyft who said they would supply photographic evidence which they did not (of course they didn’t!) and closed the ‘chat’ with no redress. Absolutely appalled at the sheer corruption and thievery of this driver and the abysmal handling of a complaint by Lyft. If I had read the reviews prior to using this shady operation then I would have taken photographs!!!! Utterly despicable!Ohhh….and they state in their credentials that if anyone takes up a matter with their bank for recompense they will be banned from using Lyft. Well - be - my - guest and watch this space ! I’d never use your company again !

I have two bad grades this semester. You wanna know why? Because those two professors use Cengage products as assignments. The systems are slow, finicky, leave out steps or ignore them all together, and just overall bring down my grades unfairly. Oh, you want me to bold this word? Ctrl + B is incorrect. Right clicking and pressing bold is wrong. You have to highlight the word and press bold in the toolbar. Infuriating. I mean, CHANGING THE VOLUME gives me incorrect answers. I hope I still can get my student aid money next semester.
