They got so much greedy. They used to be good but now they charge you for everything. I ran out of credits in less than 1 week performing simple SEO research. They almost charge you for every click you do on their site now.In addition to that, now their toolbar consumes/requires credits.Ridiculous.

Delivery service through HFD is extremely poor, deliveries get lost, waiting times are long, you have to return to the distribution station several times, and many other problems.---)) I didn't write that I didn't receive it, I wrote that I had to go through 7 chambers of hell to receive the package, wait in line for over three and a half hours, return to the distribution station four times, and much more suffering and mental anguish that I had to go through.

Trying to register for "My Account" so I can see details of my membership on a dashboard as advertised online. This has proved unsuccessful due to the National Trust "data base" being down and not recognising my email address ,as I was informed when I rang the help number. So this wont be fixed until mid 2024! Why advertise something that is so problematic?

Amazon sent me a faulty appliance. It took me 20 mins to navigate my way through their recorded messages and AI to get to speak with a human being who was able to ‘help’, then another 50mins with that person arranging a return.I was disgusted to find that Amazon do not do replacements, so I would have to return, wait (up to 14days!) for a refund and then order another.As I am physically unable to carry the bulky item to my nearest participating post office (4 miles away!) I have been promised that Amazon will pick up the faulty appliance from my home but they could not give me a definite day.This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never buy from Amazon again.I doubt that this will be the end of my problems with Amazon.‘customer-centric company’? Nonsense! Worse still! I spoke with Amazon again today (17th) and was told that they had not arranged a collection, they lied to me! Now I am on hold awaiting another Amazon representative to arrange another collection…

I've been using Binance for some time now, and everything is generally stable, trading goes smoothly, and the commissions are adequate. But there is one big disadvantage: it is very difficult to understand, especially if you are not a pro. The interface is overloaded, with many tabs, tools, and terms. I had to google how to do basic things separately. If they simplified the structure or provided some interactive tips, it would be much better.
