Pure Diktatur!!! Wenn Sie man Forum postet und nicht der auf Linie der zeitung ist, muss man Glück haben, wenn nur das Posting nicht erscheint. Sehr oft wird auch gleich der Account gesperrt. Das geht gar nicht. Von der Meinungsfreiheit haben die Radakteure noch nie etwas gehört. Auf keinen Fall erlaubt ist es dem Herrn Rauscher zu widersprechen. Dieser Herr kennt kein Erbarmen bei widersprüchen. Es sieht so aus, als würde Herr Rauscher die Postings zu seinen Artikeln selbst zensieren. Das ist Journalismus.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They do not communicate between departments so nobody has any idea how to solve issues or resolve your case when you receive damaged items over and over and over again. If I am ever able to receive undamaged Komplement shelves to finally finish my pax closet then I will never, ever shop at IKEA again. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress of dealing with this inept company.

I bought a King bed and got a twin, not once but TWICE. Turns out, they had the wrong SKU in their system and had I not requested that they check the size, I would have received the wrong size bed a third time. When I asked for a credit considering the time and effort it took to take care of this, I was given 20% off only to find out the bed was on sale for that price starting that day. This company has terrible customer service.UPDATE: Wayfair says in their response that its was 'resolved' but I'm still waiting on my order so no - not resolved.

Absolutely awful. I bought a furniture set for my son and the dresser broke so I asked for a replacement which they sent me a new one. The dresser broke again, same issue. They would not let me return the crib and dresser even though it was bought as a set. They told me there were no other resolutions. Will never purchase an item from wayfair. The quality was awful.

Spent over £10000 on a kitchen which looked great initially and in a year where there are lots of small lumps in the paint it has been chipping off and it scratches easily. I went for a British made kitchen as I thought I would get quality but unfortunately I feel very disappointed in the quality. I am unable to go back to Homebase where I purchased the kitchen from as they have now gone into liquidation.

The team members were amazing, patient and extremely helpful in giving me the information to carry out actions and tasks, but to also understand what I was doing so that I could be self sufficient future.Thanks to Michael and the person who helped me at midnight uk time at the weekend!

You really can customize your order exactly how you want it! I found a graphic that I liked, but it was bigger than what I wanted, and not in the position that I wanted on my notecards. I shrunk and moved it, added my monogram, and I have gorgeous, custom stationary at a great price! Shipping was very fast, too. Highly recommend.

I tried to cancel my account after the free subscription and thought I did. I canceled my “plan” because I didn’t get one client from it. A month down the road they charge my bank account for $385 dollars. I called them up to clear things up and they told me there is nothing they can do because I didn’t cancel my account I canceled my plan. I did not even log in the whole time because I thought I had canceled Yelp entirely. So they tried to charge me again. Thankfully my bank denied the charges on both attempts. But now I have to worry about my credit score if they send me to collections. And from their words There is nothing they can do to help me. I would not recommend Yelp to anyone. And they are not accredited with the BBBBut have a C rating with them. This means they have a whole lot of unsatisfied customers.

I have been using outlook mail ever since it was hotmail.com. The whole product has deteriorated in last 5 years. UI has been clunky and non user friendly. They wanted to monetize email and ended up adding all these integrations with third party ads further downgrading the UI performance. Either the product team behind outlook web mail has no clue what a good UI product should like or the company overall does not care of outlook anymore. For us, we are stuck with this clunky email service which was once an epitome of good user experience.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a replacement controller from them, which was lost by UPS. UPS settled the claim, but Oculus did not send a new controller. Can not get any responses from them via email. They have no other customer support options. A truly awful company. Fortunately, I purchased with PayPal, and they ruled against Oculus in my favor, and I received a refund from PayPal.
