I had some problems with the delivery (it was longer than I expected), and I already came back from my vacation when I recieved the book, BUT - as a goodwill service - I got back the price of the ebook :) and if I return the book - as I don't need it anymore - I will get back also this money :) Lonely Team was really friendly, kind and gave a great support! Customer support is really poor. Obviously have a faulty watch but have to go through checks with Garmin such as downloading software and then forwarding to garmin. Watch is 4 months old and hasn’t been right since I’ve had it. Nearly 3 months and numerous emails and still no solution.

J ai passé commande a Temps L le 30 septembre 2019 j ai reçu une partie de ma commande le 2 octobre . le reste de la commande devait arrivée le 14 novembre nous le le 21 novembre et toujours pas de colis. Le règlement lui a bien été pris en compte !!!!. Quand comptez vous m envoyer le reste ?????

I purchased a dyson fan that was advertised to be an air purifier. Not only was it not an air purifier but it was a desk top unit which they failed to mention. It was a pain in the ass to get there help with an invoice that had the correct numbers in order to get compensated for the shipping. They are horrible.

This company is the worse when buying furniture. See been dealing with them since May of last year. Their customers is super rude and the company they use for delivery is worse. Today we were suppose to receive new couches since the first one we bought were broken and it’s been an hours since they said they were going to deliver and we still haven’t received our Couches. We spoke with one rep over the phone and not only won’t she get us a supervisor but she said we will have to wait 3 days to get a response with no explanation on why they said they were going to deliver today but have no clue where our Couches are. Unbelievable.

Ignorant, lazy and useless customer service staff.I won't expand to the overall issues of this plarform in this review, if I had to, I should mark it with -5 starts.I recently cleared the cache and cookies from my firefox, in order to run it refreshed.As expected, I would need to re-insert my login details in my social media platforms and not only.LinkedIn then decided to check on me and was asking to press to send a code to my email or phone (I tried both), in order to verify me and then sign me in.I attempted to get this code multiple times, but in vain, as it's never been sent.I also tried to explain this at their customer service staff, again in vain.They either don't get it, or they are not interested to help (most likely).Now, I can't login LinkedIn on my laptop (I'm in through my phone an desktop), which is the computer I'm using for work, so I can't use my profile.LinkedIn has been an utter dissapointment and if that goes on for longer, I'll probably delete my account once for good, as scammers seem to reign in there.
