Cancelled my reservation for me and 4 adultwa two weeks prior to when we were supposed to go on vacation! Customer service is awful! No resolution. Now I have 5 adults with time booked off of work and no where to go! Saddest part is VRBO or Expedia will do nothing to help us!

I honestly can not fault sage software, the customer services are great always friendly and knowledgeable. i had zero experience of account software and sage customer services are always there to help and talk me through things, they can even take over my computer to do something if i need them to :-)

You have repeatedly over a two year period failed to meet anywhere near the basic operation requirements for your so-called service. You take no interest in remedying the situation, I’ve had no in-person contact from any representative of your company to sort the on-going, and ever worsening issues, constantly deflecting the blame back to my bank so I have spend my time to try to deal with it, meanwhile during this most recent of many ‘attempts’ for you to perform something resembling customer service, you close the case you opened a day earlier saying it’s now resolved, you know the case which you said would remain open and be further actioned once my bank responds!! And when I email to ask why then say the case number no longer exists - you’d think an online tax tracking service would be good at keeping historical records??The worst organisation I have ever dealt with in my life, no competition. Every rep I speak to on live chat gives out fake empathetic vacuous corporate deflective and evasive crap. Pertinent and fact based answers to relevant questions are avoided in the style of a seasoned career politician.Sole traders, get yourself a few spreadsheets, it will save you a ton of time, hassle and stress.

I call for a boycott of fox news. The mtv commercial with the transgender freaks is against my morals and values. I won't watch fox, nor risk my grandchildren being exposed to this evil. Fox is either for Christians or against us. They can't expect us to tolerate this evil.

Does anyone know who we can contact to report Google Ads? (some government agency FTC or CFPB, etc)I completely regret signing up! After I fixed one mess, due to misunderstanding and several unsuccessful attempts of contacting a human... Which good luck. I had to lie and say I was going to spend $1000 of dollars a month on ads! So I finally get through I have a complete walkthrough of what I was signing up for. The agent convinced me to Unpause my campaign even though I was closing out the "smart campaign" which is nothing more than a WIDE fishers net to generate more business for Google. It's funny how I can't leave a Google Ads review... So I Unpause the useless campaign, but can't launch my new customized campaign until I have my Onboarding call which was 10 days away! In the meantime the smart campaign is running and I'm being charged for worthless pay per click that supplies nothing and trash contacts! In 1 day it charges $12.01. that's $360.30 a month for Nothing in return! Beware! There isn't ANY phone support for Billing questions. But you can reach a person if you're ready to spend money and the in agreement Google ads can make changes in design and budget without your knowledge. If don't agree with the changes you're allowed to revert back but only after you catch it, which is After you've been billed and Drafted and there isn't any refund because you have to give 30 days notice.

Absolutely horrendous company. The biggest problem I have at this company I was logged in ever since they launched I had ordered an event coordinator for my wedding a handyman for my house and multiple other jobs. For some reason I got to login the other day and my account has been deactivated so I emailed Thumbtack and they told me that my account has been deactivated for breaking the terms of service. I have never broken any terms of service I’ve left reviews on the companies and the people that I’ve worked with and for some reason that’s unacceptable to them and for that I would not recommend Thumbtack go with another company like Angie’s or something

I am very frustrated. I could not login to my school via myteachable account... I've tried everything: using different browsers, uninstalling and reinstalling browsers, clearing cache, cookies, hosted app data, and history, and STILL can't log in!!!Precious time wasted trying to contact support team but to no avail.. no solution...
