I have been using Backblaze for around a month, and so far the experience is excellent. I have contacted technical support a couple of times (by email) and both times their response was within 24 hours and answered my question accurately. The only drawback I've noticed so far is that in order for backups to work in 'continuous' mode, you must leave your computer switched on for several hours after the latest file modifications in order for backblaze to backup the changes. As I tend to use the computer for a couple of hours at a time and hiberate it between uses, continuous backup wasn't working. However, if you select 'Backup only when I click on "Backup now"', the backup is done within 2 or 3 minutes and does backup all recent files. My current backup size is around 140GB, so an incremental backup taking 2 or 3 minutes is fine with me.I cannot comment on the numerous negative reviews, as my own experience is entirely positive so far.

The problem on my Philips 55Oled807 is that i cannot use ur new Shop to watch my movie in the Mediathek. Also after following your suggestions. If i use tab sheet Shop, or from tab sheet Startseite open Goggle Play Movies & TV and are redirected to the Shops Mediathek, I cannot see my Movies, in stead it is suggested to buy or hire. So I followed your steps to solve. But I am still offered to buy movies again.I found out, not cuz ur support told me, but by myself, that if i join the tab sheet App, and open Play Store, I can open Google Play Mediatek, how it was earlier. And play all my movies. If i open youtube Fim I only see 16 of my 63 purchased movies in the Mediathek.Why u install a new system if it not works?I think is a task for the swedish press and perhaps EU...

I downloaded GEMINI.The worst download ever. I can't uninstall it,but it says I can turn it off. Ok. I did. I put my earphones on so my wife can have some sleep,and I can listen to my news in bed. BUT. I keep getting! A BLEEP in my ear saying TURN ON. TURN ON. I DON'T WANT TO TURN YOUR BLOODY GEMINI ON. But it auto cuts me off, and it goes loud on my phone. Google says you can't delete it as it is NOW IN MY BLOODY PHONE. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. LIKE IT OR LUMP IT. I like Google but to enforce you to have it's GEMINI when you don't want it. Sorry GOOGLE you let me down

Absolutely terrible. I opened and paid for a sole trader account. On the sales page it clearly states 'integrates with over 300 apps,. I need this to integrate with eBay and Etsy. Of course it doesn’t !! One hour later on live chat to be told that I need to pay another 150 a year for a higher account. False advertising, forced into upsell and bad customer service !! Then have to be on hold on the phone (gave up after 25 mins) to cancel the account. I will just report to my credit card company as a scam and submit a chargeback.

Scammers! Pro's beware! This company's business model is charging you 10x the market rate to get you into google search results - and then directing the customer to their app instead of your website/contact information.Customer leads are, more often than not, non-response. Some are outright fake.Thumbtack used to be good about refunding the fake leads, but recently they've refused to refund or credit even clearly bad leads.

I’ve been using Box with an Enterprise Plus subscription, paying over €1600 annually, and the support has been nothing short of terrible. For over a month, I’ve been dealing with issues related to upload limitations and a failed migration of 13TB of data. Despite repeated attempts to get help, I’ve been bounced between multiple support agents with no resolution.The biggest frustration is the rate limitation placed on my account. Even after upgrading to a higher plan, I was told the issue would be resolved by a certain date, but it wasn’t. Every time I try to get help, I’m asked to provide logs and captures, and even after doing so, nothing gets fixed. The response time is slow, and it feels like they’re more interested in passing the problem around than actually solving it.If you rely on Box for your business, be prepared for serious delays and poor support. I expected much more from a premium service, but the experience has been a nightmare. I’ll be looking for alternatives that offer better customer care and service reliability.

I contacted them several weeks before our account was due for renewal. Explained i'd like to discuss payment options and move to a monthly payment rather than yearly. They said someone from the billing team would be in touch with me.1 week later no reply. Contacted again, same response. No reply again, so contacted them and was told 100% someone would get back to me about this issue.1 week later we get charged $800 for a yearly fee rather than the monthly fee - and still no contact from them. So i contacted them again saying the money needs to be refunded and this issue solved asap. Today, a week later was the third time contacting them since they charged us for the yearly payment. In total 7 times i've contacted them about this issue. Still no reply. Hoping someone reads this and can fix our issue.

This is the probably the worst game platform to deal with their customer support is absolutely utter crap, I wanted them to remove the authenticator app from my account because I can't access the authentication app instead everytime I try to do that I would get this stupid message that I have tried to remove the app for multiple time even though I never tried it to in the first place when you try to contact their customer support they would flood your personal email with irrelevant junk asking for bogus and nonsense info to proof that you're the owner of the account making impossible for you to able to access the account, I won't receive any sms code either nothing is functional on their app I bet their team is nothing but 2 yr old toddlers who work there.
