Temps L - Attention ARNAQUE

Attention à cette entreprise Temps L qui arnaque ses clients.Après avoir passé une commande de plus de 100 euros de produits chez Temps L afin de recevoir l'ensemble Delsey (valise trolley, sac cabine, trousse de voyage) + un cadeau surprise, nous recevons un colis mais sans l'ensemble Delsey et sans le cadeau surprise.Nous appelons donc le service client et bien sûr on doit patienter des "heures" avant d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone qui nous assure que nous allons bien recevoir l'ensemble Delsey. Suite à cet appel, nous recevons un colis avec "oh surprise", deux petits sachets : un sachet contenant une barrette pour les cheveux (le fameux cadeau surprise) et un sachet contenant des bouchons d'oreilles et un masque pour les yeux. On rappelle le service client pour demander des explications. On nous dit que c'est bien un ensemble Delsey que nous avons reçu (oui oui, des bouchons d'oreilles estampillés Delsey... Super !). En plus d'avoir perdu notre argent dans des articles bas de gamme, nous n'avons pas reçu le vrai ensemble Delsey. Il s'agirait soit disant d'un tirage au sort mais apparemment le cadeau principal est donné en fonction du nom de famille et du prénom des participants. La grosse blague. Bref, entreprise Temps L à fuir. Nous déconseillons cet arnaqueur à tous ceux qui nous en parlent. Et attention aux appels surtaxés ; ils font exprès de nous laisser poireauter au téléphone quand on a des soucis. Par contre quand il s'agit de passer une commande, on a tout de suite quelqu'un au bout du fil ! Qu'ils sont malins ces arnaqueurs ! On se répète mais : Temps L à fuir et à ne pas recommander, ils méritent zéro étoile.En réponse à votre message :Merci pour votre réponse inutile. Celle-ci ne fait que confirmer vos mauvaises intentions. Du pur vol. Temps L à fuir.

Really really bad support. We have been impacted for weeks on critical issue for their integration with GCP. And we basically pay for a service we don't use. If you can use an alternative, you should.

Can I give negative star ratings?

Complete piece of s41t service. I can't log in to old accounts - all say under review. When making a new account, I get an email immediately saying the account is now closed due to some violation which they don't explain, then I also get another email saying I need to set up 2FA? Is the damn account closed or not? To add to that mess, you get a server error when searching support tickets - LOL.Service is complete trash and unuseable - I'm gladly shifting to Postmark now.

Customer Support is a complete joke. All links to Suport on their web site do not work (they tell you OOPS!). Make a call and you are on hold forever with a recording telling you to go to the web. I will not purchase a Logitech product again.

Payment taken without consent.

After giving a one-time payment I was automatically put into a monthly subscription without giving permission or getting any confirmation of this. I only realised when cancelling another subscription and soon realised change.org had been taking money from me for over a year! Luckily I got a refund and the customer service assistant was very helpful but I was still shocked to find out this had happened.

Our experience was one that exceeded…

Our experience was one that exceeded expectation. The aim was to have one company suppply and install the gate so we were not left dealing with several different companies. Anglian Automation done all this, after the initial changes of minds we ended up with a gate that arrived on time, everything was here, installed to what I can say is the highest standard and has worked well from day one. The team went the extra mile to get it completed, Just brilliant service. Shame about the 1p invoice.
