Disgusting customer service - husband purchased a pair of earrings for me on xmas eve. These were not to my liking so went to the warrington branch today to exchange not refund. The lady went in the back and came back and said her and her manager had come to the conclusion that they had been worn. When I said that they hadn’t she then decided that they were bent! Asked to speak to the manager and was advised no she was on her lunch ! Spent so much at pandora over the years - will not be going there again

I like how organized and diligent the team is. Communication is great. Great reporting and evident improvements and results.The only hiccups have been with the CRO tests and Google Optimize because repeatedly we saw pages look out of sorts and did not get our approval.

I’ve been setting up my account with Mailerlite and the product looks good on the tin, but there are major downfalls with the functionality of the products. The forms are continuously breaking and are intermittent at the best of times. I’ve tried to avail from Help pages but it’s all automated nonsense. When I try to contact them directly, I just get caught in endless bot loops as they’re reluctant to invest in a proper CS structure. Another company that is taking shortcuts with AI, I see. A cheap product sure, but I’d recommend going with some of the more premium or reliable services out there.

I ordered a Kobo ereader last week. The order was "delivered" by DPD, who delivered it to a random shop half a mile away. DPD insisted that I have to contact Kobo, who have replaced customer support with bots. The first bot told me that I would have a proper reply within two days. I did not have one. I tried again. The bots once again told me it would be two days.I am going to have to resort to legal action to get my money back.

Ordered a gift voucher, but it didn't arrive with the recipient. I contacted ASOS, and it took me over an hour and three agents to finally get a cancellation and refund. They refused to refund me even though I explained the 14-day policy on their website and also the UK Consumer Rights. What a scam of a company. I never use this company, and I only did it for a gift card for someone who uses them! AVOID ASOS

Servers crashing, launcher is trash, Uplay is trash, customer support is trash, everything about this company is trash, hungry for money but doesn't give you anything in return. Every game has big pottencial, but is owned by this miserable company. R6 would be awesome game, but is owned by ubisoft, For Honor - hahaha, good game but is owned by ubisoft, UNO - how fkin hard is it to make a simple card game without crashing servers?

I got a 5tb hard drive for my PlayStation 5 it was around over $200 and it broke within a month and a half I went to the website it said my warranty was valid but they refused to give me a new one unless I showed my receipt I told them I did not have my receipt and they said if I find my receipt they could give me a refurbished one and when I tried to file a claim myself on their website it just brought me in circles and I couldn't finish it I would not recommend this product or company to anyone

Used the referral promotion on Google Pay to refer a friend so we both get £10, it didn't work, contacted their customer service who fobbed us off repeatedly saying it takes up to 28 days/etc, contacted them again after 28 days and they repeatedly ask questions that have already been answered by us kept being told we are being put through to the highest level of support but keep being told they can't do anything and they need to put us higher (they clearly don't understand how highest and higher work) eventually lied to saying that a code wasn't entered originally despite my friend having a recorded phone call saying it had been, yet they refuse to respond further

I ordered a specialty shirt for a big event for my son. It was perfect when it arrived. However, I threw it in the wash before the event to make sure it was clean and the design partially came off. The shirt looks like it has been worn for years and washed hundreds of times. I did not see any special washing instructions. I am very disappointed
