This answer not good neither. But i'lm use to this from the support you avoid all the correct answer. I message every day multiple times you tell me to wait 24-48 hours because the special team investigating . Then i message again and again if anything happened keeping the chat open for days then you say its closed because inactivity. You just obviulously don't want to be help. You say you are the biggest crypto company and you can't solve this simple problem. You are liars and you stealing the money from everyone. I take screenshot from all the conversations and i will share with a cnn or some newspaper so everyone can see this. I wan't to log in to my own account!! honestly, this is the first website i found , which had a beautiful layout and some awesome information on various networking aspects which i had never encountered before even though i had heard of them...i also felt the speed tests to be quite useful....apart from this,i wanted to know if i could get some more information on blacklisting and the harms caused by blacklisted databases??

I’ve had Hulu for years. Used to love the service. Now all the sudden all the movies are incredibly quiet I have to turn my TV all the way up just to hear them, barely hear them!! Even paid for the ad free service for years. Went through their whole little spiel uninstall reinstall clear cache reset my TV in my router blah blah blah didn’t fix a damn thing. Finally they wanted me to do a SpeedTest. But the thing is is every other streaming service that I have on my TV works perfectly. Just not Hulu. Sounds like they have the problem right? Finally got fed up and just canceled the service after years. I’ll never get Hulu ever again

I recently purchased Benzinga Edge to try, figuring that I get some news alerts etc.. in a timely fashion, and if not, then after a short trial I'll cancel and get my money back. Their advertisement is misleading. The Edge service does not include even the very basic things. The charge first, did not let try the service at all. Now they claim that "we do not refund" is in the rules of the service. But, of course, one only finds out what the ruels are AFTER they pay... I do not care how much small typeface rules are embedded in the bowels of their huge website somewhere, the fact remains: their email ads are misleading, do not say exactly what is and what is not included in this service. Now, I feel cheated because I am not at all satisfied with their service, and they are simply refusing the refund my money. Bottom line: this is a worthless package you get NOTHING you could not get for free. Their "insider"newsletter is a joke, they give you yesterdays news, you get a better newsletter free from yahoo for instance. This package is not good for anything, they are using it to try to coax you into buying more expensive services, so you are basically paying to be advertised to, while receiving no value. You simply keep running into paywalls, as if you running it for free... I feel cheated. I will not ever associate with such a firm in the future, they cannot be trusted.

Hard to navigate to their resolution center if there is an issue - once denied, there is no way to appeal decision. They ask for back-up data that is readily available in the public domain which leads on to believe they are just kicking the can down the road hoping you will go away.
