Review of asos
ASOS refuse to refund delivery charge on returns despite that being the law (Consumer Contract Regulations 2013) and their website saying:“If you paid for delivery, this would only be refunded for cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) or if the item was faulty.”You have to start a live chat with them and persevere/refer them to their own website. The first agent refused to refund it and closed the chat. The second made up some rubbish about the delivery being late so they would refund the charge. We shouldn’t have to fight for what the law clearly says is required.

I love the convenience and features of using Linktree for social media, BUT trying to downgrade an account from a pro plan (before my trial ended) to free again took up way too much of my time. I see on Google that the "Change Plan button" should be available in the Admin area of my dashboard, but this seems to be an outdated option, despite Linktree stating on their website that you can change your plan at anytime! It has taken 2 days to cancel this trial for BOTH accounts I manage because I had to wait hours for chat agents to respond to each. There's not even a section in my dashboard confirming how many days left in the trial I had; I'm going off my own calendar. I thought using Linktree was all about convenience??
Review of ebay
I will tell you what has happened they want to fleece business sellers to support SELL FREE ON EBAY people have lost confidence in the platform We have ceased trading today 19th April 2025 on eBay.Yet again a buyer purchased an item fraudulently attempted to return it as item not as described Thinking as some ebayers do we would just refund him when we called him out he said in a message on eBay I quote (THE ITEM IS GREAT I MIGHT ORDER ANOTHER ONE) over my dead body he will.Having contacted eBay I was told because he had opened this case they could not do anything for 15 days ie they would be holding my funds for 15 days (disgusting). In addition to this it goes on your service metrics and guess what you get charged for it by ebay.Buyers on eBay are fully well aware if they want to return an item FREE OF CHARGE they just use the narrative of item not as described and eBay tell you report them it won't go on your service metrics (IT DOES)eBay is now full of scumbags and worse than that eBay are allowing it to happen they will not see one more penny from us we urge everyone to boycott them until they sort this TOXIC mess out.SELLER PROTECTION JOKE by the way our stats are99.8 % feedback 0% defects0% late delivery 0% eBay having to step inGod help others

If I could put zero stars I would just ordered $30 worth of stuff the driver “Terrance” never contacted me just said he delivered my food nothing was delivered not even a picture was given of my food dropped off or handed to me reached out to the support team they said they denied my request an there is nothing else they could do for my missing food ! Or to even Compensate me!!! It’s in their policy they’re robbing us the biggest scam ever ! They’re siding with the people that deliver the food which is wrong they’re stealing thieves I call it how I see it we work to hard for our money for it to be stolen
Review of dnb
My small business is a sole proprietor consultancy offering services, not products. Therefore, I have very little overhead and work with very few vendors, none of whom regularly report to D&B. Since I also don’t take out any loans, I have very little information on my D&B credit report, resulting in a "poor" rating in their system. My personal credit score is over 800 and my business has never been late on a bill or owed anyone anything, yet D&B is telling potential customers that I have a “poor" credit rating. When I asked how to fix this issue during a 5/15/23 phone call, D&B told me the only way to do so was to pay them over $800 for their Credit Builder program. I replied that it sounded like blackmail, as though they were going to damage my business with false claims unless I paid them large amounts of money. The representative essentially agreed with me and said there was no way to get rid of my DUNS number unless I closed the business. This is outrageous to me and I’m surprised other small business owners aren’t up in arms about it. Why are they allowed to lie about a businesses credit unless the owner pays? Isn't that illegal?
Review of capterra
Here’s an adaptation of the email I sent them before heading over. It will more than explain the one-star rating.Over the past few months, I tried to post 2 reviews, and they sent me numerous requests for identity verification followed by nonsensical invites to finish the reviews they won’t publish in exchange for money I don't need or care to be influenced with. (I made the latter abundantly clear in an earlier message.)Every time I was asked to prove my identity, I submitted a billing statement and a LinkedIn link. The last 2 times I also included a photo of my EU ID card.My reviews have NOT been published. All this time, nobody has mailed to explain why my ID card is evidently not sufficient. This is laughable - Capterra is not a recruiter for an intelligence agency. It's a waning review site with poor customer service. Avoid like the plague, whether you’re a founder or a reviewer. I've been letting everyone I can reach know about my experience, and I’d recommend others do the same.
Review of zoom
Users can't connect with my zoom session, the support is as close to non-existent as you can get, I asked for the support staff to be replaced, which didn't happen, meanwhile, I am paying for a service I am not using, and can not use.
Review of zoom
I needed to use Zoom to connect with a student I am going to tutor. Had to sign up again, which is fine. I used to pay monthly, which is what I thought I'd be doing this time and would have chosen if I was given the opportunity because I don't know how long I'll be tutoring for, but, unknown to me, they charged me for an annual subscription - over $500 - which I certainly didn't know was going to happen and didn't want to have to pay for. No chance of a refund, so they are the ones who profit from this. Really annoyed and will not be using them in the future. Don't recommend them at all. Microsoft Teams or Google Meet would have been a better way to go. Don't use Zoom!

Worse company ever. Can´t make a simple downgrade at all. Everything needs to go through their billingteam which isnt working. They dont care at all about the customers. Their Customerservice cant do anything at all. use Mailchimp or Sendinblue instead!
