I purchased a brand new GoProHero 13 BLACK. I took it on a vacation to Galapagos. It worked for about 10 pictures, then it blacked out. There was no way of fixing it. Upon my return (with hardly any pictures) I tried to get it repaired. Remarkably, GoPro has no system for this. I was advised there is no repair service available...anywhere. I requested a replacement, and they kept asking for information over and over again which I provided. Basically, it appears as though they make it so difficult to get an answer or any action, you just give up. There is no one you can speak to. I would never buy another product from them, and my advice to a prospective buyer is to beware.

Never ever use CLOVER as posnet ! They charge me after I give black the machine for the service on the Internet on machine that I don’t have, they don’t want to stop the service unless you paid for 3 years of their service even after you closed your business ! Mean your business is closed but you still need to pay for their service ! 2 years later they send email asking for money ! WTF !!

absolutely terrible service. Do not use this company if you expect any level of customer service from them. They are fine when they are taking your money - but awful when you need any assistance with an issue. No customer phone line - no option to speak with anyone who makes any sense, just a virtual chat and lots of assistants who cant/refuse to help

Truly hard to find the answer to the question, searched through multiple pages of generic possibilities and ultimately was able to send an email requesting help. Assistance arrived within 30 mins from Wellington in the form of a REAL person whom made fixing the problem simple. Appreciate why it is cost effective to not have REAL people BUT they make a HUGE difference.

For such a well known brand, Uniqlo makes returns a hassle. Not only do they charge you for returns, but the also don't even provide a returns label. I was forced to print it myself at a bookstore since I don't own a printer. Think again before ordering.

The incompetence and uselessness of the IRS is mind blowing. I have one tax form, 5695, and contacted the IRS to answer a question regarding the form. Researched it first and couldn’t find the answer so I embarked on a 90minute journey, calling the IRS 6 times and experiencing their undeniable incompetence. Three times my call went to the wrong department and each time was advised they cannot transfer me nor can that advise who to contact. Two times I was put on hold and the line disconnected on their end. And the 6th time reached the correct department, and the gentleman asked me a bunch of personal information questions, asked me several times what form I am referencing, asked me what form 5695 is for, put me on hold for 15 minutes and returned to say he cannot answer the question, doesn’t know the answer and I need to research it on my own on their website.

I ordered this rug hoping it would arrive before Christmas, but not expecting it. Not only did it arrive the week before Christmas, but it was a high quality product with excellent printing. The size, I ordered the large, is plenty big enough for a single door entry. I will definitely use Zazzle again.

It seems that almost every Microsoft Windows 10 update breaks something on my PCs. The last one resulted in two issues: PC1: pin is no longer recognized by Microsoft, so I cannot log into my PC. The link provided in the message does not work. Thank you Microsoft. PC2: I have a message that I need to register my Windows 10 software. That has been done at least twice in the past. Thank you Microsoft. Why, oh Why didn't I buy a Mac instead of a Windows based PC? I knew better, but I didn't want to spend the extra money. I did not take into consideration the many hours I have spent resolving the problems caused by MS untested updates. Shame on me!

I've been learning Spanish using Duolingo and as I increasingly advance through the lessons they're getting more and more frustrating. I'm now on module 25 and they've completely changed the grammar structure in sentences compared to what they had already taught in earlier modules. They also have a tendency to suddenly drop 20 new words on you in one module rather than gradually, which has become frustrating. I've finally decided I'm going to check out Rosetta Stone instead. Duolingo needs to do some auditing and make some changes in the way they've laid out their lessons.

the free plan seemed like the perfect solution for our company's site but we started having issues with the platform after a week of integration, no updates to customers about the issues, the support tickets are practically useless they never get looked at, had to upgrade my plan to pro to atleast get some level of chat support, the system which itself was unreliable and would disconnect while the support team is looking for answers in backend, and no probable solution was provided after 1 hour with support on chat and the documentation doesn't cover the issue you may have(it didn't cover ours). contacted the support multiple times to as to resolve the issue and found that it may be associated with dns maintenance that took place earlier
