Together with Mindbody I was able to get my yogastudio up and running very quickly and effective. Mindbody is a company and a system that made my life so much easier. The introduction was excellent and contained a setuplist on how to get started with the schedule, staff, enrolments, pricing, everyday use. They have an excellent app that covers everything, well almost, for the user and for me as a business owner. With the app you can easily book & cancel your classes, see the schedule and the pricing. Making reviews and rating. For me as an owner I can manage the schedule, customer and staff work very easily and effective. Sooo, if you don´t have Mindbody- get it. It will make your life so much easier and you will be a happier business owner, get more free time and your customers will love you. :) Namaste // Niki

Will never buy LG again

We bought LG appliances for our last home and had nothing but problems with them. Then as we were renovating our new home and needed new appliances we went in to Bestbuy. The salesman told us LG had totally changed their product line and was a good option for quality kitchen appliances. I'm so sorry we listened to him. So far the DW has worked out ok but the stove and fridge both have broken or have faulty parts. Called LG and told them about the issue and they said they would take care of it as it is under warranty. They never got back to me as they said they would. I called in again and was told that they would get back to me. Haven't heard back from them again in the 48 hour reply time they said they would respond in. Very disappointed with the appliances and with their customer service. I will never buy LG again.

I find you all to be completely inept and incapable of facilitating a constructive and safe community, especially when you allow your users to advertise pyramid schemes, adult content, create fake accounts to impersonate celebrities, or even high-ranking military officials, it's pathetic. Do better, because you suck at your job.

Unfair suspension and zero support from Discord after years as a customer

I'm a Discord subscriber for 3 years and I have 2 accounts currently suspended — one is my main account, and the second one was suspended as well after I logged in just to inform my community and friends.I've been trying to contact Discord for the past 4 days, urgently asking for help, because I rely on Discord to publish content for my YouTube channel and to communicate with my clients and work partners.All the support tickets I've submitted have only received automated bot replies. One of them even asked me for my documents, which I submitted, but 4 days have already passed and I still haven't received a human response.I have an active annual Nitro subscription, and my renewal date is April 21st. If Discord doesn't resolve this system error that led to my ban, I risk losing my 3-year loyalty badge, and my goal of reaching the 6-year badge will also be affected.I need help. My ticket number is 54333773.I just want my accounts back so I can return to my routine, my work, and my videos on my channel. I'm verified on YouTube and Instagram — everything is linked to the profiles of the suspended accounts.My reputation on Discord has been positive from 2019 until now, and they can verify all of that.Please, I am asking for a human to review my case. This is causing me real harm.

I got a lot of designs to choose from, and I worked with a designer who was attentive to my needs, created a fabulous design and worked with me every step of the way.The 99Designs support staff was also just stellar. It reminds me of one of the very few early German introductions into (just one) fundamental principle of mathematics - the recursive paradigm: Stowasser / Mohry‘s Rekursive Verfahren (from 1978).

Perfect "go anywhere" reader

The black and white e-ink display is excellent with high contrast and crisp rendering of text and images. The refresh speed also feels snappy. If you seldom need to view color content, the BW display is the way to go with great clarity and brightness in indoor and outdoor conditions.I do like the Clara size and form factor. With a sleep cover on, I can still fit it in most jacket pockets and even a some wide pants pockets. That means it comes with me almost everywhere in everyday life - I can read for 5-10 minutes and easily put it away.You can just barely get away with reading manga on this display size. The larger display Kobos may be a better fit for manga and comics. PDFs will be a little too small for this device. But novels are perfect for this device and manga is usable and generally readable. It's the perfect travel or everyday reader - and I hope to see a refreshed BW version of the Libra or Sage to be the Clara BW's companion as an "at home" e-reader.

I booked a one-night stay at Tru by Hilton near Toronto Airport through Expedia, as I had a 13-hour layover in Toronto. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I informed Expedia more than 24 hours in advance that I wouldn’t be able to make it. Expedia reached out to the hotel to request a cancellation and refund, but the hotel refused! This lack of flexibility and understanding, especially for unforeseen circumstances, was extremely disappointing. I’ll never use this hotel chain or book through Expedia again. Terrible experience!”

I like Depop and the very large variety of sellers, and the obvious reason of convenience of online shopping and such but I am VERY UNSATISFIED when they changed the option to cancel a sale. I recently made an expensive purchase and then realized I shouldn’t have bought it. A customer should ALWAYS have an option to cancel an order before shipping. Depop removed that option and for this reason only…I limit my sales with them. Please put back this option. Now I have to go back and forth with the seller to get a refund, wasting both of our times, and the high inconvience of waiting 5-10 business days for my money back. That’s of course if the seller is nice and is willing to refund your money. They are not obligated under policy to give you back your monies. Too much work. I’d rather shop for these items on another app.

Scam company - AVOID

I ordered a pair of shoes which upon delivery where left unattended outside my door in a public, open access area, while I was at work (picture was sent as "proof" of delivery). After returning a few hours later, the package was missing. Following that, I emailed ASOS to explain the situation (since they're liable under the 2015 Consumer Act, UK). They first replied that they'll investigate the situation and get back to me. Then, they got back to me a day later, stating that since they're liable they have started the process of replacing my order and will send a new pair of the same shoes. A day later, out of the blue, I receive another email from the customer care team, saying that my account has been permanently close "due to suspicious activity" that goes against terms and conditions, and that my money cannot be returned until I return the product that I never received. Note that this is the first time I ever order anything at all from ASOS. After multiple emails trying to explain that there must be some mistake, I keep receiving replies from customer care saying that another review was done and the account will remain closed (apparently written by some AI algorithm, as they don't make much sense after a point). Their latest email even stated that "any emails received about this matter will be automatically closed with no response" at the end. Absolutely disgraceful, scam company that lost my order and kept my money - AVOID BY ALL MEANS.

Trustpilot has been exposed multiple times for fake reviews, and Square is a prime example of this!I registered an account, accepted a payment, and got deactivated immediately—without any questions or investigation—locked for 120 days. Fine, I thought, whatever, but I need to return my client's money. But guess what? That’s impossible because Square has frozen the funds for 120 days!SQUARE, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? WAKE UP! What are you doing?! So now, my client has to initiate a chargeback through their bank, and you will deduct a transaction fee from my account for a payment you already held?So, according to your deactivation policy, I have three options:Force my client to request a chargeback without delivering the product.Deliver the product and wait 120 days for my money.Ask my client to file a chargeback without giving them the product (basically scamming them), but still pay you a ridiculous transaction fee.YOU ARE SCAMMERS! I WILL WRITE ABOUT YOU ON ALL SMALL BUSINESS FORUMS! Deactivating my account after accepting a payment—brilliant! Why not deactivate my account before accepting a payment so that my business and finances don't suffer? I hope life treats you all the same way!
