I’m extremely disappointed with Apple’s handling of an unauthorised purchase on my account. My daughter, who has a child account under Apple's Family Sharing, somehow managed to download an app (Speechify) that charged me £134.99 — without any warning, notification, or approval request being sent to me as the parent.Despite immediately contacting Apple to explain the situation — that the purchase was made without my knowledge or consent — they refused to refund the money. The app has not been used, and the charge has placed real financial strain on our family.I trusted Apple’s parental controls and Family Sharing features to protect against exactly this kind of situation, but they clearly failed. As a parent, I feel completely let down.This experience has made me decide to leave Apple entirely as a family of five, which will result in Apple losing not just our trust, but also several monthly subscriptions we pay for — including iCloud storage.I am still trying to reclaim the charge through my bank because it is simply so unfair.I would strongly caution anyone relying on Apple — they are not as safe as you might think.

I’ve been a patient of TMCC The Lyphe Clinic it has helped me immensely with pain in my back I also use crutches so it’s good for my legs i was on opiates heavy painkillers and anti depressants I was a recovering drug addict I’d been off heroin for over 3year and I started using the cannabis clinic for medication so I’ve now managed to stop taking most of my mind numbing pills I feel alot more better I’m not so reculsive I can speak to people I’m not so paranoid my life has changed dramatically I have a great doctor at lyphe clinic I would recommend using this service if you are looking into using medical cannabis for your cures etc I used to cultivate cannabis and use it for coming off opiates so I’m grateful for something like Lyphe’s clinics who are willing to work with you and prescribe medical cannabis for treatment 10/10 for service and as for the flowers good quality!,@lypheclinic #lyphegrowtrip

I bought a laptop 3 months ago and the hard drive crashed. Confirmed by a repair company that it's a faulty part, nothing I did, and it's still under manufacturer warranty. Asus support said I could mail it in for repairs, which was it's own nightmare of a process. Mailed it FedEx, and it took a full week for them to get it. Then another 4 days with no answer and I got an email saying it would cost to repair because it wasn't under warranty, which was WRONG. So I contacted customer service, they said the part was after-market (bought from Amazon). After a while the support rep came back and said that was in error, the part numbers matched, and they would fix it for free. Said he'd send confirmation, he never did, so 2 days later I contacted support to check on it and this rep told me I still needed to dispute the claim but the claims department is only open M-F. Completely unhelpful, insanely slow, and infuriating. I will NEVER buy another Asus product again.

They don't offer any kind of phone technical support. I've had a Shopify webstore for about 5 years and have been happy until now. Every time there was a problem with my store, I've been able to contact their technical support line and they've been quick to help me fix things. I tried calling today, and heard a message that they shut down the technical support line. Wow really??? I am paying for 24/7 support as part of my plan and now I don't have 24/7...or any kind of support. They direct you to visit their support center community page where you have to waste countless hours searching for an answer from other customers. In other words, their version of 24/7 tech support is to have you and other customers figured it out for you own selves. I'm a small business owner. I don't have hours and hours to waste trying to figure out technical problems with my website? And while my website is down, I stand to lose far far far more money on lost sales than had I went with a competitor. I would go with any company that offers good phone support over shopify even if the competitor costs more...as you're going to lose more money and cause yourself incredible amounts of stress endlessly searching through their community for answers.I feel absolutely betrayed and lied too. I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. I plan on switching to another company that has support.

I previously cancelled my subscription and they charged me anyway. I contacted them BEFORE business hours the same morning the pending charge appeared in my account, and they are downright refusing to give me a refund. I've dealt with 3 different reps and they only gave me copy/pasted "Sorry I'm not going to help you" messages. They really are out here earning they wildly negative global reputation.That $14.99 subscription seems like a good deal until they go full lying scumbag to keep charging you forevermore.Update: Despite pleading my case with 3 different reps, saying I need a refund and this account should be long cancelled, they also elected to refuse to cancel my membership. I have no idea why. Are they throwing in my face that they're just going to charge me again next month? This is bananas. I'm going to dispute the charge through my bank when it's no longer pending. (Yes all this has happened while the transaction hasn't even gone through yet)
