I have used ActiveCampaign a couple of times to support business development and outreach efforts for my newly established consulting firm. I find the tool clunky and not as intuitive as I would like. For example, formatting and some templated elements like my address appeared as a default when I disseminated a recent newsletter/update. It's actually my home address used for my account and then it was shared publicly. Was not overly thrilled about that...

Youtube TV offers free trial for 30 days. Beware if you sign up for it, you will be charged even if you cancel within a couple of days. that is what they did to us, I canceled within 3 days , they sent me a confirmation of the cancellation and still charged me the monthly fee of $62 something. There was no way to get a refund back even trying to dispute through our credit card.

Excellent customer service! I bought a tshirt as a birthday present but the shirt was smaller than expected and didn't fit the receiver, so I asked for an exchange. TeePublic responded super quickly and processed the exchange free of charge with free shipping. I really appreciate the wonderful service and definitely recommend them, will buy from again!

Tried to charge my credit card for 1063.25 $ CA when trying to add 5$ to Freshcaller in credits (in the trial), the support doesn’t call me back…My bank noticed my the next day that someone tried to make another charge and froze my bank account..THEY ARE FRAUDERS!!!!

They deactivated my account for no reason. I tried calling them, but can't seem to get anyone to pick up my phone. I keep getting message to press 1 for chat 2 to speak to live agent. I picked to and it keeps circle back and repeating the same prompt. Said 1 minute wait but I've been on the phone for at least 20 minutes now.

Worst service ever. I've been trying to reset my password for my account and have to go through the paid service to do so. I have no problem using this service since I have a time frame to find information in my account. After numerous tries (different days) to give the information they needed to reset my password I found out I was locked out of the system by trying too many times. When I asked, the representative could not give me a time frame of how long I was locked out of the system. AOL's suggestion was to keep calling not knowing if I will ever be allowed to access my account. Unfortunately I need information from my account to give to someone and I can't even give them a time frame or even if this is possible.

They just downgraded me to a basic version. Unasked. How dare they? It doesn't even perform basic functions. This happened straight after my refusal to upgrade to some new version. Funny, that, as if I was being penalised for disobedience. I was quite happy where I was but then they gave me some elementary excuse for an email service. Aol often goes down. I absolutely hate aol but it's too cumbersome to switch.

So I am adopted and ive met a large part of my birth mothers family the Gorsuch's and I have very limited knowledge of my birth fathers family the Hoffman's. I also love finding family from my Levine. Thank you so much Ancestry for developing the formula thus allowing people to learn who they are and where they've come from. It is truly quite incredible. Add in the traits how cool is that they were almost all correct I am sadly a very picky eater that was the only one off. Keep up the amazing work you do in allowing us to find whatever it is we are searching for.

Sonic! I waited 25 minutes after ordering online and checking in once I arrived. I ordered 2 milk shakes, pretzel twist, chili cheese fries and onion rings. It's hit and miss here! I ordered a third milk shake 10 minutes after the first order and I received that before my original order! 🙃

Yelp salesman calls our business wanting to boost our sales. "Don't need boosted sales... we have to turn customers away. We're too busy." "I understand you don't need more business, but I'll give you a $350.00 credit to apply to your account." "I don't have time to talk to you." "Just follow these quick, easy steps for a $350.00 credit and I'll let you go." "Why does your instructions ask for a credit card when I'm not paying you for anything?" "It's just a requirement, a formality." HMMM.... I should have stopped right there. Yelp didn't listen to what I DIDN'T want and activated our existing business account with extra bells and whistles for my paying pleasure. Charging my credit card for advanced services, ads, etc. that were not disclosed EVER! DO NOT let them into your business... their credit is a total scam... charging for items you don't setup, order or even knew existed. When I called to complain and explain I didn't authorize anything I was being charged for, the customer service agent told me I must have set it up myself with set spending limits because they can not... and laughed. Total lie! The first salesman said he was going to get working on our account when we got off the phone. Why yes he certainly did... adding the enhancements package too. NEVER did I authorize their packages nor was I notified it had been done. Surprise charges on credit card! TOTAL Racket!! Yelp, do better. Your salesmen know what they are doing, ignoring businesses saying NO and what matters to you is making money off blatant lies and non-disclosures. Yelp records calls, but refuses to allow you to listen back at the conversations! That's because they know they are scamming you! I'm SOO angry and sickened... several hundred dollars charged on my business credit card and talked to them 1.5 months ago! Today, the customer service agent helped me cancel everything that they signed me up for, was suppose to email me a refund request form. Guess what... no emailed form!
