So fox news is now censoring white house press secretary, while they rode the shirt tails of the president and his staff for the last 3 plus years. It is this president who was a direct reason their ratings rose very fast. Absolutely horrible experience with the sales agent in Richmond BC named JOHN. First off, he mislead me into signing a contract to "lock in" the rate. I informed him that I did not want to sign a contract until I read through the terms and conditions. He said that it wasn't a contract, but rather just to make sure I get the rate IF I decided to continue. Next thing I know, I get an email saying my machine and contract will start. I contacted First Data AND Clover to clear up the mistake, and they informed me that the sales agent must initialize the cancelation process. Guess what, all of a sudden, my sales agent IS NOT responding !!! Texts are answered days later, and always voice mail. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM CLOVER. ABSOLUTELY DECEITFUL BEHAVIOUR. I would rather pay higher rates for a honest company.

Absolute trash software and even worse customer support. I have been using Loom for maybe 2 years, and most of that time has been spent troubleshooting various issues. No matter how many times I set my browser settings to allow the microphone and camera, it does not stop the error popup telling me I need to change these settings. I have sent countless videos to clients with this annoying pop-up simply because I am so fed up with troubleshooting it.For an app that is supposed to save you time, it does nothing of the sort. Garbage software, garbage support. I will be moving to an alternative immediately. I also hope that everyone moving forward who has a problem with this pos software shares their experience on G2 as I will, because miraculously they have a 5 star rating on there.

NO PHONE Support!.Text and email support just does not work well in this setting. It is also very tedious and time consuming.This web builder is very confusing and clunky. Their help videos are worthless.They do offer to hook you up with a web designer, but if you are going to go to that expense what's the point of a do it yourself web builder. I wish I had read the revues on this site before purchasing a domain name from them. I will see if I can switch it to some other site.

Recently I needed to download my old study archive file (1.37 GB) uploaded 10 years ago. After several failed attempts I wrote an email to MEGA support. They replied me with the solution after 3 days (even for free subscription).I managed to download and extract this large archive. Yes, two unimportant files were broken during extract, but it's better than if the entire archive was lost. With their latest version (v3+), they have added an extra integrity check to prevent these problems during uploads.By the way, this is my first issue for 10 years of everyday using the MEGA service.

Literally the worst customer service I have received.Placed an order on Wednesday for a 27-inch 1440p monitor. I spent an extra $50 to have the order expedited.A package arrived for me on Friday. On the packaging, it tells me it's a 27-inch monitor. The box the size of a shoe box. Dell logo and everything.Inside of the box there is a 14-inch USB-C monitor, tape on the monitor, and an RMA form as if it's someone's repaired screen. The power cord that came with the 14-inch monitor wasn't even one that would work with the display, meaning the product wouldn't even work even if it was the one I ordered.Contacted Dell's customer support only to be told my only recourse is to be out the cost of an entirely new monitor and to return this monitor to get a refund in 15-30 business days. That's obviously very disrespectful and ultimately not something I am interested in doing. I've opted to go ahead and return this USB-C monitor that I did not order and never make a purchase from Dell ever again.

I tried a few other password managers and found them difficult to work with (Disclaimer: I am 75 yrs old and do not work well with apps or people) Not so with 1Password. While complicated for me, support was great! I was able to keep a dialog going and they solved my issues. If a company has slow or robot type support, I detest them. I have to use the app more for a more complete opinion, but 1Password is my choice.
