A yearly subscription got taken from my account with no warning and after sending a message to "Premium" support asking to allow me to pay for a monthly subscription, I was left for days waiting for a reply. I had thought about a monthly subscription but I have decided to cancel. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and they returned my money. I got a message from support the day after I was told by PayPal I was getting a refund. Shoddy service and no contact details, they only reach out when they want your money. Deliberately confusing to switch off and cancel. Just my experience with them.

Constantly has issues with autoupdating, firewall won't stay on, auto scan won't enable. I was having issues with it in the past and the representative told me that they were not equipped for Monterey, even though Monterey had been released 8 months previous to that phone call. This is not the same McAfee company as it was 30 years ago. The customer service has degraded to horrible, the product itself is very faulty, and the amount of time it takes to rectify the softwares own flaws is ridiculous. I have spent more time trying to get the software to work than the highest price they could charge for it, in reality I think I have spent 3 to 5 times the amount of time of the highest cost for the product. At what point do companies, when they know the issues of their product, simply realize that just spending the money on programmers is a better solution than wasting money on bad customer service persons and using up the customers time? Apparently not within more than a year of their known issues. I still have issues today after I was told that their fix would be final.... Did they mean their fix would be the final straw at keeping me as a customer?

Dog shit. Listen I'm a millenial/gen Z cusp. Most of my work has been in similar service industries. Hands down, worst experience I've had, every step of the way. It's primarily a systems problem, but it seems nearly every CSR I've spoken too is actually mentally challenged. Going on 10 phone calls, 5 of which were in the last hour to Agoda, no progress made. None. Dog shit. Brek, Hotels, Super, Expedia, ducking blindfold yourself and throw a dart on a google search results page, and if it's not agoda, you're doing better than I am. Holy shit.

My wife has AAA. She broke down with brake issues and scheduled a tow within an hour(aprox 1445) call back a little after 1600 only to find out the request for service was canceled. Was given "priority" and the tow was then scheduled for 1809 but that time came and went. Used their text to request an agent as instructed and still had to call as there was no callback and now have to wait another 28 mins for a tow....still waiting after 4 hours

I just had another terrible experience at Target with Drive-Up for groceries. To keep this short, and to the point, I sat in my car for 20 minutes while I watched cars, again, drive up, get their groceries and leave. I finally flagged down one of the employees outside and asked where is my order and this kid, Matthew, said oh, I’m sorry that was me. I thought another girl had your order, so he signed it off. He thought it was funny because he was smiling and thought it was amusing the whole time he was telling me. I went into the store because the ice cream was like mush, and the manager had the same ridiculous attitude as this kid. I am truly done with Target. There are too many other good stores out there where I don’t encounter these repeated problems.

Because of them I lost 23.075 CZK.I did went to the police and my only hope is , that there is more criminal charges against the VIAGOGO and finally the justice would be done. Jotform can be used for a majority of tasks. I use it for contracts and they also will have a signature form if you need it. Jotform also can be used surveys and forms. It has many integrations to 3rd party apps. I don't other programs, Jotform will do anything you need. I use Jotform everyday.
