Wordfence Premium is a MUST have app that runs in the background of your wordpress etc. This program has been an excellent add-on because it directly deals with your site's plugins and much more. Don't rely on just having an anti-virus software, because this is totally seperate from that. The support team was very prompt to answer my email and concerns, and was very informative. Thank you Wordfence :)

I recently made my first ever purchase from Wayfair. I was not very confident, based on reviews I had read, but I went ahead with the purchase because the item was exactly what I wanted, at a great price and promised a quick delivery date. Im really glad I did- the item arrived in 1 day - far sooner than promised- and it is so much nicer than what I expected. I am very happy with my experience with Wayfair so far.

The Sage programs that I have used (Sage50 and Sage HR) are simply designed and easy to use and understand, even with a limited background. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I feel that they should branch out their company layouts to include one for retirement/ltc homes, making it easier to set up.

Sooo disappointed with PayPal of how they handled my case about the item I bought using them. The item was faulty and needed to be retuned to the supplier, as the crook supplier did not agree to take the item back. I contacted PayPal, asked them to sort it. Calls were handled with all foreign workers on the phone which was difficult to understand what they are saying. They refused to get involved. Will never ever use PayPal for any transaction. Will use my credit cards. Finished with this crap company.

Terrible company, unhelpful for buyer and seller. I have used depop for 3 years now but I now prefer to use vinted. They recently refunded my buyer even though I was in contact with the buyer about their item. Save yourself the trouble and use a different app.

I host a bunch of client sites on WPEngine. I am VERY happy with the chat support. The wait time is usually reasonable and i have always found (9.5 times out of 10) that their support people actually get INVOLVED in solving the problem. They know their product and take the steps necessary to resolve for you (instead of just pointing you to a help article) . Always very friendly.
Review of uniqlo
I love Uniqlo products but their choice of courier and lack of communication is a big let down. Even before the whole lockdown their customer service has been awful and having a crappy courier like myhermes doesn't really help at all. I've recently ordered multiple items and half of it is missing and you have no way of contacting them because they don't answer the phone and they give vague replies via email. I would suggest staying away from ordering online until they fix the issue (if they even try) to avoid frustrations.
