Pilots informed they could not fly again due to timing out on their allotted flight time. They had loaded us after an 1:45 min delay and we were in the plane when the pilot made the announcement. Then, we were deplaned and had to make plans at the customer service desk, which we were then told to go back to the plane as pilots were located. Then, it was about another 45 minutes for pilots to prepare paperwork. We were delayed over 3:30 minutes in total. I don't understand how the hell Delta did not know as the plane left Florida to ATL that pilots would be on overtime and begin looking for pilots there to save over 1:30 minutes of delay? Complete negligence, which even the gate agent quietly shared as she was frustrated as well. We were to arrive in Cancun at 7:50 p.m. but ended up arriving after midnight. We missed our shuttle bus and were extorted to pay $85 and wait 1:30 minutes for a shared ride to our hotel. This ruined our one week Cancun vacation and could have been avoided as shuttle bus would wait for up to 2 hours for delays. Compensation needs to be given by Delta to the passengers as I overheard just about everyone in my vicinity nothing how they will be speaking to customer service to voice their complaint as well. I'm done with Delta unless they admittingly acknowledge their mistake and compensate back as a gesture for their apology for this avoidable delay/problem. I've communicated with Delta Airlines complaint email , which notes 'may take up to 30 days' to hear back, which is ridiculous in and of itself.

Nightmarish! I will make sure to never EVER order from a company that ships with UPS again! I will not go into detail, as everything has been said umpteen times before. Just this: Apart from nerves, the experience cost me many a precious hour over a period of nearly two weeks.However, the actual persons here in Switzerland I finally got to deal with over the phone and at the door remained very kind and friendly. So utterly pitiful, having to work for such a company...

I love Squarespace. I come from a visual (film/video) background. The look of a product and the information conveyed is of utmost importance to me. I'd designed my own company site years ago but I didn't build it. When an artist friend asked if I could build her website I said, "I'd try." I must say the SS5 learning curve took a bit longer than I'd anticipated but it was well worth the effort. I didn't know anything about html code, sizing images, etc. It wasn't a 15 min. slam, bam, up and running experience. But the websites I've created using the SS5 platform are awesome. My sites were not built to say: "Hey, isn't this a great website." The sites I've built for my clients are designed to showcase my 'clients' work and information, not mine. They are elegant, simple, informative. They just happen to be elegant because they're Squarespace. The SS team has been with me every step of the way; always providing support, answers, and work-around's. Most of the time, it's I who haven't done something right. They just point me in the right direction. Always with a "We're here to help." The videos, workshops, and help sections are invaluable. I don't know a single person who works at Squarespace but I know if I'm in a jam with something new I'm trying on one of my sites, their support team is there for me. Now that I know SS, it's a piece of cake. I still don't know html, but I don't need to. I can do all kinds of things with SS. My sites have never gone down. My clients are happy. And, I'm very proud of their sites.

I received ann incorrect order and provided detailed information including photos of the order, receipt, and my attempts to call the driver immediately after delivery. The dasher did not answer so I contacted the support team. They refused to deliver the correct order, provide a credit to reorder, or a refund. These people are crooks, and have no regard for their patrons. I hope for the sake of future users they improve their customer experience. In the meantime, I will use my spare time to repost this review anywhere I can.

Their website sucks and they are not reputable.... multiple times I have tried to update our address something that simple and they keep kicking me out saying "To protect our customers and their data, a maximum of three attempts are allowed at a time. Once the retry limit is reached there is a one week cooldown period before another verification attempt is possible." I have tried over the course of 3 weeks and I get this error every time their site is just horrible and does not work properly.

Bed Bath and Beyond is charging me $26. to return my order. I paid to have it shipped to me so this is robbery! I called them to say it must be a mistake and was told by the CSR that it's their return policy! I asked for a supervisor & she argued with me. She finally said she would & I was on hold for a few minutes only for her to return to say her supervisor said to read the BBB return policy. Not ok with this... I will take it further.

Hubspot charged me £1600 for a mistake my Econ Manager did, I have sent multiple emails to Bhawani who I must say is the worst to deal with ! has no remorse over the situation and all she cares about is making sure hubpsot keep the fee they've charged me for no reason ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES !!!

The platform itself isn’t too bad - few features which make it popular and the interface is easy to use and pleasant.It’s the actions of the owner (Meta) which I dislike. I reported a highly malicious scam on Instagram (it was clear) and I’m guessing AI declined my report. This has placed customer’s safety at risk.Not surprised countries like Lush don’t want to support them!
