Great in store service with annoying delivery. We visited a store and folks were very helpful, low key, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. However, when the Yamaha digital piano arrived, the poor driver couldn't get the too long (double length 6 foot) pallet with the box off his truck so we 3 family members had to lift and steady and brace it down onto the street. Then of course he was forbidden to help us bring it in the house so we had to tip him $20, and then he informed us that we HAD TO take the big pallet too, which was as I said extra large and unwieldy. He was apologetic, but firm. It took me an extra hour to break it down and pull out all the nails so neighbor kids wouldn't get hurt by it. Our excitement at the new piano was dinged by the ending. PS - The box was damaged on the bottom where we couldn't see so not sure if there will be hidden effects on the instrument.

McAfee Operating outside the law.My business is based in the UK and McAfee hold full details for my business. They were provided at the time of purchase, however no VAT invoice has been provided. Instead, just a receipt has been given which shows only my first name, name of product and the amount paid including the amount of VAT collected. It does not show the McAfee business address, their company number, or VAT number and gives no telephone number for the business. As the law requires when doing business in the UK.Today I have spend 35 minutes on the phone trying to obtain a VAT invoice for the purchase I made in December 22. I have been told the company can't provide me with a custom invoice! I have advised that I do not want a custom invoice I simply require an invoice which complies with the legal requirements when doing business with customers in the UK. The McAfee company website gives their HQ address as USA and when dialing the phone number for their UK support team I spoke with an agent in Japan. She insisted the flimsy detail receipt was all that was available. I now find myself wondering how on earth I can trust the McAfee's anti virus software given I can't trust their accounting process. I also wonder how a global company has managed to operate in these way for so long. Beyond horrendous!

The Service SUCKS you buy an account then when you try to log in they want you to select a TV Provider....WHY? If you have purchased an account you should not have to select a TV Provider. WHen you do select your provider it does not recognize your ESPN + Subscription. TOTAL JOKE!!!!!!!

They’re unethical and fraudulent in their payment structure. You are automatically enrolled in a subscription that is both vague and dishonest. I had purchased courses before and they suddenly changed their subscription model and stole money from me. Awful.
Review of bol
I wish I had read the other review on here before ordering with bol.com, but let me at least add my experience to the list in the hopes that it will warn the next person.I ordered a product off bol.com. I got a track & trace link stating that it would be delivered a certain morning, so I made sure to be home and available to receive it. On that morning I saw that track & trace had been updated to mark the package as delivered, but my doorbell had not rang, and the package was not in my mailbox nor in front of my door.I contacted bol.com customer service, and that's when things went from bad to worse.First I was told that the delivery agent probably marked the product as delivered at the beginning of their shift, and that I should wait until the end of the day to see if it arrived.I waited until the end of the day, no package, I contacted customer support again. This time I was told that they couldn't do anything until 24 hours after the official delivery, so I would have to contact them again the next day.The next day, still no package, I contacted them *again* and this time I was told that there was probably an error with track & trace and the package was just delayed, I should wait "a couple of days" before contacting them again.I told them that this was unacceptable, and I insisted that they take steps immediately. They told me that they would "resolve the problem", but gave me no claim number or any way to follow up. When I asked for one they just hung up the conversation.Bol.com is basically waiting for me to just give up and accept that I am out of pocket for the money and will not receive the ordered goods. Given how many times this same situation is reported in the other reviews, this seems to be standard operating procedure for them.Lesson learned: I won't be ordering from them again.

Non existent customer “service.” They will keep telling you to try again later and call back if the problem persists but they don’t mean it. I’ve been getting that message for almost two weeks. They will also promise to “escalate” the issue and that you will get a response from their escalations team or supervisor. You never will. Total waste of time using either chat or call in. They will also tell you to use a different company. What kind of organization is that pathetic??

Woke up to having this delivered to my door. My first mistake was thinking it was an actual newspaper and I would have an enjoyable read. This is the same as getting hate mail delivered directly to your door. I felt violated that someone was actually at my house with this truly hateful and lopsided propaganda.

Review of hp
I have been purchasing my laptops from HP for years because of the sleek look and customization options. I also liked there warranty, but just recently my warranty lapsed and my eyes were opened. The moment it lapsed, they no longer treated me like a person.First, they don't send reminders or emails that your warranty is about to expire. So it hadn't crossed my mind. I was trying to renew my warranty and it was awful. First, even when you have an account, you cannot get help unless you have the warranty. You can't even talk to a person or contact unless you are signed in and have a warranty almost. They make you ask the bot for everything and even when the bot can't help, it just takes you to the community instead of a representative.Second, after a device is older than 3 years, they stop supporting it altogether. Meaning they want you to buy a new laptop and won't help you after that. Third, I was just trying to get to the website, yet it kept switching languages from Italian to French to Thai. I just wanted to get to the website so I called Sales, which you can access the number to, and had them transfer me over. They wanted $49.99USD just to help me. I wanted to buy something and they refused without me spending that money. Then the rep told me that I couldn't extend my warranty because my laptop is too old (3 years custom-built). Recommended I buy a new laptop. Who buys a new laptop every 3 years?!!! Especially a business one?I was on hold more often than not and the whole experience just let me know that HP doesn't care for their customers at all. I will be looking into other sources for my tech ASAP.

The Financial Times used to be a reputable news organization in my mind. Sadly they have turned to sensationalism in their headlines like some cheap advertorial. In this modern world where people are increasingly skeptical of the media and the advent of infotainment, probably not a great time for this once mighty force of objectivity to fold and turn to the darksisde. There is still time my editorial friends to regain your honor.
