The worst financial organisation

The worst financial organisation I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been wrongly charged by Crypto.com. I have been in touch with their customer services on numerous occasions. They have confirmed that the charge was wrong and would be reversed (I have screenshots and an email confirming this).However as of today the charge has not been reversed - they just keep telling me 'it's under review'.Stay well away from this company. Your money is not safe with them!

Software Advice contacted me quickly, in less than 30 minutes, after I indicated I wanted to speak with an advisor. The advisor inquired what my software need was and what my specific situation was including the size of my business and the functionality I wanted. The advisor named three software programs that she thought would be an ideal fit for me. I agreed with her suggestions and within a few hours, I had heard from each of the companies. I set up meetings with each and was able to make my choice with confidence.

Abhorrent withdrawal fees, just steer away from this rip-off! Tried it with a small amount of money at lost all of it due to their minimum withdrawal limit and fees to transfer the money back to my bank account. Luckily it was just a small amount but you've been warned!EDIT:As you can see, in their response below they are saying nothing about the withdrawal transfer fees back to your bank account. Not only the fees to buy and sell crypto are high, but when you want to get your money back the real *** **** begins.

I ordered 2 wardrobes chest of drawers 3 days ago the day after I ordered the price dropped £40 +vat over the 3 items I contacted customer service and they answer was the price changes all the time so I lost out as a pensioner on state pension I have to watch every penny if they had not delivered them today I would have cancelled the order. Needles to say I will not be buying from IKEA again company is not trustworthy feel like I've been conned such a poor customer service don't recommend them

False advertising on delivery

I believe Wayfair may put incorrect delivery estimates in order to obtain your purchase, even if they cannot actually deliver on the estimate. I recently purchased something last minute based on the estimate that an item would arrive 3 days before Christmas, and over a week later (now after Christmas) they haven’t even shipped the item. I saw a bunch of other reviews on Reddit suggesting they seem to put delivery estimates that they have no intention of meeting and will essentially just give you the run around if you call customer service and try to get a resolution. This was my first Wayfair purchase and it will be the last. I wish I head read some reviews on the company before making a purchase!EDIT: Wayfair responded to my review below with instructions on how to report that were unclear, and I couldn’t find it on their website (it was the same copy-pasted response they gave on many others’ reviews). It is now over a week since then and IT STILL hasn’t even been shipped. They said it would arrive in three days, it hasn’t even shipped over two weeks later. I do not recommend ordering anything from Wayfair unless you don’t care if or when it arrives.

I will not shop with Wayfair ever again! My purchase was crap. The table I bought looks embarrassingly cheap. It’s ridiculous that a customer should have to pay shipping to return a damaged product. Wayfair would be glad to set up a return? For $39! Ridiculous

I have recently moved to Sage from Free Agent and am very impressed with the platform but, even more impressed y the support services.I have spoken with Paul Armstrong on a number of occasions and he has been exceptionally helpful, explaining how to use the platform to utilise all the features relevant to my business and answering any questions I have, no matter how daft they seem. I am moving to Sage permanently and highly recommend it.

Their support is utterly useless. I have had multiple issues raised with their support and NONE of them was resolved. They still owe me 20 Euro for two dlc's for Anno1800 i bought but never got..If you've got a choice then DO NOT buy their games or support the company in any way, they are utterly useless and their desktop app is completely broken and unusable..
