Not friendly for franchise businesses. We are the operator of two different franchise concepts with hundreds of locations throughout the US - all independently owned and operated. Our franchise owners are small business owners, each trying to run their business in this ever changing digital marketing world. To be honest - Yelp sucks for small business. Yelp is great for that one pissed off customer that needs an avenue to vent. But that's it. We have two franchises that share the better part of a large state. One is in the north, the other is in the south. When a customer posts a negative review meant for the south location onto the Yelp page of the North location, Yelp will not MOVE or REMOVE the review that is placed on the incorrect location. I can prove the customer is a customer of the South location, but Yelp repeats to me that their platform is based on the customers' true experience. How is it a true experience is the location (hence the business itself) is wrong? Yelp would rather ruin the reputation of a great small business than recognize their platform is flawed.

Squarespace is a fraudulent company, stay as far away as you can. They had my self designed domain for two years. When I still was able to login, I cancelled my home page buy "stop auto renew". So what happened then? They sold my domain to a company called GoDaddy, and next it was with a Barbados company and I could buy it back for a few thousand USD. Now it is a scam page about people earning millions on bitcoin. They sold my domain and I can not get it back. Still they are rude enough to charge my Master card USD 180 - for what I don't know! I hope the rumour will spread fast and get this company out of business.

Connects all other platforms. Prefer to buy games through them because they update the game to be playable offline and forever (games that require older windows versions on steam just don't work, but through gog they do.)

Such a faff, don’t bother, unless you really want a £10 Amazon gift voucher

I was offered a reward gift card for a review by Capterra. I had multiple issues trying to active the Amazon gift card. I cleared cookies, cache, removing ad block. On the first try there was no option for bot support, and was locked out for too many attempts. I tried to find a contact information for support but there was only a phone line option. Its 2025, I’m a millennial, I don’t want to phone you. I tried again the following day with no luck, although the chat bot function was available and it was useless, however I managed to request an email through the chat bot for support. The next day I tried a different browser and it worked – I didn’t clear cookies or cache, so not sure why the browser made the difference. A couple of days later I received a support email from Tango with no reference to Capterra or my issue reference number which gives off spam vibes. The email was generic. Another concern I had was that the reference link was for rewardcodes.com which then redirects to rewardlink.com. As stated, the gift card was offered through Capterra but fulfilled by Tango, and there was no explanation for this in the redemption emails. I'm getting whiplash from the constant URL changes, pick a lane.TLDR; Such a faff, don’t bother, unless you really want a £10 Amazon gift voucher

This big organization and so poor service. No response on PPP application while we are in midst of a pandemic. 2 stars I am giving is for poor employees who usually try to help you when you go to branches. Phone customer services are also very poor. See if you can find any other bank to deal with.

I wish I could give them a Negative…

I wish I could give them a Negative 100000 but I can’t. They are horrible. Yes like someone said, run and don’t look back. They charged me 2 overdraft fees when I had 10$ left in my account. Also my ex stole over 4,000$ my money with proof and they denied it. Not only that but like with many others there was missing money from my account. They could care less about taking care of their customers and fixing the issues at hand. This bank will probably be shut down not far from now. No wonder there are so many lawsuits on them. Please do not choose this company for banking. Not worth the headache.

Very Very Rude and impolite customer service, They shout at you and treat you like nothing, hang up on you, provide you no service .. this what you expect when you contact this horrible company, no email address to contact them, last week, they threaten me to block my service due to an outstanding bill while I already paid it a few weeks ago, the customer service is mostly like have never dealt or communicate with a human before, they are completely ignorant and lack of any social or Human basic skill, they lack empathy just to give you a chance to understand your problem, they just hang up on you in the middle of the call for no reason. a horrible rude and really really impolite people working there, I am sure they came from areas where they never communicated with any human before, very terrible AVOID AVOID AT ANY COST
