Simply the worst user experience I ever had online. You waste time setting up everything (DNS, api, etc) only to find out at the end that your account must be manually activated by sendinblue after you create a manuel request to which they reply negatively without any justification.

Amazon is going downhill fast. Poor delivery times. I have had an order put back from delivery today to September. The same item is still available to buy though with quick delivery for a much higher price. They have killed the high street so now realise they can offer any service they like.

Software is great until it goes wrong. We've have had an issue since mid December 2024 that they still cant fix. Occured after they migrated payroll to new software. This messed up payroll system - deleted records, issued P45s to empoyees, removed us from HMRC systems as active company, and the list goes on.So if its working, great - if not move to another software as their customer support is virtually non existant. Rubbish and certainly with a capital R.

It's a total Mess! Waited for the goods for over 2 weeks only to find out that they had canceled my order completely! Everyday, I would receive a message saying that the delivery had been rescheduled for tomorrow. Today they say that the delivery had been canceled completely and that the money would be refunded shortly. The management of to company is a total mess! This is my last purchase with them. I'm curious to see how they will refund the money. For some reason I'm doubtful this will happen without more wasted time and struggle on my side.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent booking with Agoda in Tel Aviv on June 13, 2025.I had booked two rooms for two nights. During our first night, we were forced into a bomb shelter at 3 am due to an Iranian missile attack. By morning, the hotel was completely evacuated, and the hotel manager kindly offered us the second night for a future stay or a refund. We immediately evacuated north for safety and remained in private accommodation for 12 days, enduring extremely difficult conditions.When the situation stabilized and we were finally ready to return and use the offered rooms, Agoda refused to allow this, refused a refund, and even demanded a cancellation fee. Meanwhile, the hotel staff were cooperative and willing to help, but Agoda’s rigid and unsafe policy blocked any solution. Agoda even lied saying they had no confirmation of refund from the hotel when the hotel had clearly sent them an email.To make matters worse, we later learned that the hotel windows were all shattered the day after we left — fortunately, no casualties occurred thanks to the evacuation.A similar experience happened to me in September 2024 in Phuket, where I was advised not to travel due to a deadly storm. Agoda again showed zero flexibility or care for guest safety.I have been a loyal Agoda customer for years, but these experiences prove Agoda has no genuine interest in customer care, safety, or emergency contingencies. Instead, their policies place lives at risk by insisting guests remain in hotels during wars or natural disasters.I am requesting a full refund for the unused second night for both rooms and an immediate review of their emergency policies to prioritize customer safety and fairness. I expect their urgent attention and resolution to this matter.

I used to have a premium account. Not any more. I have always been able to listen to music and podcasts, ad free, until the last few weeks. Now almost all the podcasts I listen to have terrible ads inserted by Spotify. Not adverts from the podcaster - i understand those are unavoidable - I am getting the same British ads [for example, Costa coffee - heard that one tooooo many times] at the start of almost every podcast. It's maddening.Since reading other reviews to find out if anyone else had the same problem - I see that Spotify is sponsoring [to the tune of tens of millions of dollars] Joe Rogan. Bonus - at least it keeps him off other platforms. But I don't want to fund his free speech or any company that pays him a fortune for the things he says.I turn to the wisdom of the Martin Niemoller poem, "First they came for the communists." If we don't speak out now for what is right and good, sooner or later there will be no-one decent left to speak up for any of us.

Dropbox auto deleted all of my photos. The photos that were in this account was of my newborn daughter at the time. Now I barely have any pictures of her.I cannot contact customer support because you have to pay for the most premium account. If you have a basic or even plus account, all you have access to is the community help board Which is not helpful.I got a plus account and it still says that I have a basic account. I am so angry and frustrated at this.Do not upload your photos here if you care about your photos.This is the epitome of corporate greed and corruption.Give me my account back.

I canceled my Amazon Prime account. The customer service rep thought it was funny and kept laughing at me because he wanted me to give him my account # which there isn't a number. He just kept laughing at and refused to cancel the account. This went on for 32minutes unit I gave up & hung up.This was humiliation tactic he used so I would give up.In the end I called back and got a representative that helped and got it done.Bottom line this account was canceled 9 months earlier and Amazon reactivated it and started billing me for again. So in order for this to not happen again I had to cancel the credit card.The same happened with Disney. They told me you have to make a request to have all data removed or both will start charging you over and over.
