So upset, came for a wedding party for two nights. Walked I'm and the room smelt so bad of mildew and smoke, they offered to change the filter but said they were booked and could not give us another room. Also they charged my card an extra $50 without even telling me, and when asked they said thay was "damage hold" and depending on my bank I would get it back 7-10 days after check out. Also pool and the fitness center were both "not in service " for use. So disappointed with this hotel! Never again!

Speedtest only shows the absolute maximum reached at any point during the test. It needs to show your average speed to be useful to any real degree at all. My test showed speeds between 30-40 except for the last second or two of the test - then it jumped to about 100. Speedtest reported my speed as 100. I watched the whole test and with an average of between 30-40, to report only the speed at the very end is not honest or accurate at all. Use Speedof.me - it does several tests and shows the average speed of all of them combined. Much more accurate and honest. I've tried both several times over a few weeks. The speeds reported are not even close. Speedtest.net always shows exaggerated much higher speeds than what I really get consistently.

So thankful for her super good (great) Customer Service skills. She was able to listen effectively and efficiently to my inquiry and then provide an appropriate resolution accordingly. Thank You Yvonne K! It's definitely more people like you that should be hired by the IRS and that are adequately named and fitted to represent a major organization such as them. I have shopped here a lot recently and have been very satisfied on the whole. This time I placed 2 orders close together which arrived within 2 days of each other. However I had to return most of the items from both orders due to quality/sizing issues. They asked me to combine the returns in one bag and I requested credits to my account. Usually I receive the credits as soon as I drop my parcel off. However this time I am having to wait until they have been inspected. I am disappointed as I usually place another order straight away paying with those credits. I am wondering why this happened this time.

I have just bought the LP Argentina guide and could not believe the decline in content since the China guide of 1986. Too many colour photos, most of which I could have downloaded from the Web. Where to stay in Mendoza? Forget it. In fact, unless you are a wine buff with an unquenchable thirst - forget Mendoza entirely. Comodoro Rivadavia, the largest city in Chubut, doesn't get a mention and you'll be hard pressed to find the overland route to Tierra del Fuego. Who is this travel guide actually aimed at? I'll never purchase another one.
