My shopping experience has been great. High quality products, first of all. But also fantastic customer care.I'm so very happy with my towels!They are super soft, feel luxurious and they don't irritate my sensitive skin. They are very absorbent and quick-drying. And they are also gorgeous! The colours look amazingly bright and they add a wonderful touch to our bathroom.

Horrible Horrible Company!!!I have been a business seller since 2016 Top rated seller, 100% Positive Feedback, I've had no complaints and no bad reviews etc.As soon as my business picks up having around 15-20 orders a day and making a nice income. Ebay randomly decides to ban my account for life! Under M195 Notice - i have never ever breached this type of accusation! And when asking the reason for my ban they could not tell me! Now they have 3k of my money blocked and i cannot access this!And to make matters worse orders that i have dispatched the buyers are making claims against me due to seeing that im no longer registered on eBay and now eBay are refunding them!! Losing my stock and taking away my money! Absolutely raging! I hope you get whats coming ebay because one day everyone you have messed with , will be coming for you!!!

I tried to buy an iron on Macys.com. First the coupon code wouldn't go through, so I chatted with customer service and they fixed that. Then the Maine sales tax was too much. I called customer service and he said that he did see the correct tax being applied, but it didn't show up on my online cart. The correct amount was not going through to Paypal. By the time I'd gone back and forth and back and forth, PayPal blocked me from using Pay in 4 due to suspicious activity! I don't understand why Macy's online cart is such a mess! Or is it just communication to Paypal, I don't know!

Shipping took three weeks beyond the promised 2 days, and only after I chased them for a shipment update. When the package finally arrived, I was soon to realize it contains wrong items, a slap in the face of any decent service. Returning the items was another headache, and to add insult to injury, I was refunded partially, and not at all for items I have never ordered in the first place. Now, I'm back to wrestling with their customer service for my full refund. Utterly unacceptable and downright disrespectful.

Your support has been wasting my time for 5 days now. Even after being thorough in my replies, doing all the trouble shooting steps suggested, and sending through screenshots they need to see the issue I am experiencing - I am still not getting the help I need. There is an issue where I cannot update the links in my job experience - your staff is being incompetent and not thorough in their work, nor are they escalating my issue to the correct department to get this solved.
