We were in the middle of a heatwave, the venue and livenation knew that weeks in advance. We were told to throw out water at the entrance. Many people fainted. Some got sent to the hospital, there was no AC and water was $8 a bottle. It got so bad the band themselves had to give out their waters. Concert got cancelled halfway through, stadium and livenation lied on national tv, saying that 3 bottles were allowed in when it clearly states in the email they sent out only one factory sealed bottle is allowed in. 40-50k people were ushered out at the same time and told to throw away their water on the way out too.Horribly managed and no money back.

We started with Shopify three years ago and thought it was the best. But, they are cutting back on their merchant support. They have gone from having very good phone support to now only chat and bot help. It is ridiculous. As merchants we need efficient help with Shopify issues that come up and they do. The chat is terrible. As merchants we need to be able to help our customers and we need answers to issues affecting the Shopify platform. Now you have to go through a myriad of questions with the stupid bot to then have to wait for chat person to come on all the while trying to conduct business. While doing that you get booted off chat. It is TERRIBLE. Shopify now only offers good, phone support if you are on Shopify Plus which is $2k a month! If we could easily get off Shopify we would. They have gotten too big for their britches. It is so frustrating. Really resent how they are scaling back and trying to make chat seems "oh so" good when it is really a stupid AI bot that is useless and a waste of time for merchants who need help in a timely manner. It was so much better and much more efficient with phone support. Even if they offered phone support after dealing with chat would be useful. There are issues that come up on the platform that are much better handled with phone interaction. We have lost so much time and energy now that they have scaled back on their customer service, which used to be so good. Sorely disappointed with Shopify.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn South Country Club Blvd Mesa, AZ. It has been recently been renovated and was very well done. But I do have a problem with the baths in the rooms. THERE IS NO LID ON THE TOILET! I have been staying in Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express for over 30 years and this is the first time that I have encountered this. Also the toilet paper holder is placed where you have to be a contortionist to reach it. But the part that bother me the most is the lack of a lid on the toilet. This is most unsanitary. I will be contacting the Mesa health dept. about the health problems associated with this. Outside of this, the staff is very professional, and the facilities are very clean. This my second stay at this location, but it is the last for me until they get lids on their room commodes.. .
