Horrible experience/customer service. Booked 2 rooms (6 months ago) for a family celebration. Actually physically went into hotel 4 weeks ago to confirm adjoining rooms (one wheelchair accessible). Set. Until we arrived. Over a hour later, front desk crew couldn’t find available rooms. Wow, it’s a computer! Hotel “manager” Kareem Miller was on the employees cell phone. But couldn’t resolve the issue. And this is a Hilton property! Very disappointed. Needless to say, after almost 2 hours….we moved to the Marriott across the street.

I’m being nice with this 1 star rating.1. I received the SIM card 7/24 and a week later was the first bill.2. The VPN constantly drops even when connected to wi-fi 3. You have a 3 day grace period to pay the bill. Called asked for an extension for an additional day they said no.4. Asked to speak with a manager- you have to schedule an appointment for them to callback 24-48hr

waited 2 hours for help installing. finally gave up. credit card charged customer care horrific. waited 2 1/2 hours for help establishing software. charged $86. fraud complaint to my credit card company. absolutely don't want this product. designed to pick customer pocket. now blocked from helpful feedback/conversation with bitdefender. Very bad experience. seems to be the way things are these days. i DON'T RECALL DATE. APPROXIMATELY A WEEK AGO. BE CAREFUL. BEWARE.

I ordered a Queen Mobile Murphy Bed with drawer and little shelves on each side. The description said it included a Queen sleeper system. I assumed it was the mattress since it said sleeper system. I called customer service and she stated she would have to escalate my question of what sleeper system meant as she didn't know either.I then received an email from customer service stating the mattress is not included and recommended the one I need to purchase. I emailed back and asked what exactly does Queen Sleeper System included mean. 5 days later, I received email that stated mattress is not included. I emailed back and said that if the bed was not put together I would return it. For $1,353.49 I could have gotten a nice day bed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Will never order from them again, no wonder they went out of business.

To be such a massive organization WELLS FARGO is crooked as hell. Very dishonest and not forthcoming. Wells Fargo took a partial claim loan without fully disclosing in modification process which should of been explained in detail. Which was not explained. Found out about outstanding $2400 loan when going to sell home. Lying Thieves

The watches and clothes here are expensive most time and at original price, very rarely stuff here gets a sale, but only reduce a bit.If your not interested in popular clothes and luxurious stuff, then don't come, except if you have lots of money or you have an employee working here. Costumer Service is bad, only some good times

OMG lenovo is worst company I had to deal with. I bought an ideapad laptop and started having sound problem in 2 month. Contacted lenovo tech suppprt and had my laptop sent to repair station in Texas twice and onsite repair once without a fix. Customer service has been lying about escalating the problem to higher ups with no phone call reply nor email reply to me. Lenovo makes sure you give up trying to get your computer repaired or replaced by ignoring and evading your request. I have filed a complaint to Dept of Consumer Affairs for lenovo's circumvention. I hope the consumers don't trust lenovo reviews because thoae reviews are fake.
