This company hosts criminal fraudsters

This company knowingly hosts criminals who send spam and phishing emails.I have told them many times about how thay can stop this problem through: * due diligence to risk assess new customers.* not allowing new customers to use URLs hosted on SendGrid. * filtering of outgoing SMTP email for known spam/phishing phrases.But they do not act to resolve the spam problem.Please avoid this company, which is still involved in helping criminals with phishing fraud.

Review of logitech

Astro A50 headset / 12362189

Got headset - astro A50 and headset doesn’t work. Not exactly cheap. No one to speak to actually in customer service. Just via email and they take many hours to come back to me. Been emailing for a week now and no step closer to sorting this headset out. Worst customer service. Considering how much they charge for their products you would think they would take more pride in their customer service too; but obviously not. Not happy at all.

Review of lastpass

Won’t save any changes

All of a sudden it will not save any of my changes to information or passwords and there is no chat support. I have a Free account so maybe they have turned off changes for free accounts, but who knows as they do not answer except with a bot that does not understand 20 different ways of asking the question. Their Community and other support option did not have any insight as to why changes cannot be saved. And I do not mean the master password, I mean just passwords for my subscriptions.

This is an absolutely amazing website

This is an absolutely amazing website. All you need is there, giving you endless choices of vectors, icons and pictures. This website deserves more stars and much much more positive reviews. People one here are moaning about subscription related issues. Come on, read terms first, then pay if you are happy!!! I've paid a year subscription and there are no regrets whatsoever - saving hundreds if not thousand of $$$$$$ already thanks to no limits on downloads. I've already finished some amazing projects with the help of Freepik vector library. I recommend it to every designer out there. Cheers.

Review of expressvpn

Shockingly bad customer service

As a long term customer (8 years), I had been really happy with ExpressVPN until today. They cancelled my 12 month subscription for no reason and when I spoke to Customer Services, I was informed it would take 5-7 business days to reinstate my account that they cancelled by mistake. I asked for it to be reinstated immediately, I was informed that they would email their billing team. In the end I have cancelled my subscription, no effort to retain my business or any real apology or explanation as to why my account had been cancelled. Really disappointed by the lack of customer service

I didn’t like all the obstacles you impose to getting effective customer service

I didn’t like that I couldn’t find what I needed in your support section and that, when I engaged your AI chat bot, it kept referring me back to the information I just read that wasn’t responsive to my situation! When I finally connected with a real person, it required several back and forth emails before they understood what my problem was and were able to provide meaningful guidance. It took way too much time and effort to get a simple issue addressed!

The APP That NEVER Sleeps!!

Twitter use to be the King/ Queen of Social Media. And it still is! MIllions of people use it everyday and that's a lot of people. It is constantly updating every second. People are posting stuff right now... more than 50,000 people are posting to Twitter because that's just how it is. It is highly impossible for you to ever miss out on anything because Twitter is always awake! It is a 24/7 running website and it's the heart of social media. There is a 99.99% chance that you have way more Twitter notifications that Email notifications..Check. Prove me right or prove me wrong.

Seems to be AI Fake Reviews

After reading the reviews of trustpilot, I found in untrustworthy because it seems the reviews are similar in content that seem to be created by AI. In their website, the last time they clean millions of fakes review was in 2021…. Beware of high scoring and try to read the source of reviews … Yelp is giving a total opposite review on the same company …
