Doesn't work and NO REFUNDS We have purchased 'Create Your First Game with Python' by Amit Yadav and it was malfunctioning right from the start with the 'next' button becoming disabled on and off for example and so on, the interface was not responding well, and it was Coursera only issue, all else was fine...there was really no support whatsoever, no way to get in touch with the tutor for example, and general forum will only take you so far with specific problems. Coursera does not issue refunds so I really don't recommend it

Meth house rental

I rented a house on the beach in Hawaii for my family that was falsely advertised. The photos were not an accurate representation of the current condition of the home. We were not able to stay due to the unlivable conditions, there was blood on the pillows and the place was filthy, the shower didn't work and there were drug addicts that were tweaking out on Meth that were managing the property and living there. I contacted VRBO right away about the conditions and the type of people that were there and let them know it was an unsafe environment for my children and my husband and I and we would not be staying at the property. I requested a refund right away and they gave me to a supervisor who did absolutely nothing for me and was completely useless. After going around in circles with them for weeks. They said it was up to the owner of the property to refund my money. Come to find out the owner of the property is a drug dealer because I researched his name online and he's a convicted felon. After leaving the property we realized some items and my husband's medication was stolen from us while we were there looking at the property. We filed a police report and the police knew who these people were and said things would have been much worse had we stayed there. Also, this property was in violation with the short-term rental laws of Honolulu multiple times, which I found out when I filed my complaint to the state. All of my complaints to VRBO were the exact same scenarios that others had said in their reviews on the property site which I wish I had read through before I booked because they were all true. There are multiple violations against VRBO's policy with this property. VRBO doesn't care about you and your safety and they should be shut down. I will only be using AirBnB from now on as I've never had any issues with them. I will definitely be looking into a class action lawsuit against VRBO if I'm not refunded my money.

It’s policies SUCK

TikTok is fantastic in terms of its templates and creation of videos but its community guidelines are shockingly bad. When you report an insult or a form of harassment, they say it doesn’t affect our guidelines. It also won’t let you post a certain video because it’s too copycat when it clearly isn’t. I’ve tried to leave once before but it is deteriorating rather than rising.

Just got stung on the auto-renewal - lost £320!

Just got stung on the auto-renewal. Have been a paying customer for five years but not used the service for a year. Noticed the payment on my credit card statement and asked to downgrade - have paid them £320 and they refuse to redund any of it. Needless to say we will now be cancelling and never using them again. This is the behaviour of scam con-merchants not a supposedly leading provider!

The task was to export products from a PC based sage and import to a cloud based sage.I was guaranteed full support in doing this. What I received fell well below an acceptable standard.The cloud based program would not accept the products list despite it meeting all stated criteria and Sage support left me to keep reducing the file size until it would work. Sage stated the file size should not exceed 500kb but the program would not import less than 300kb.

Duped My Hotel Reservation

sappointed with Expedia.I booked a package for myself and my husband to Cancun. I booked it as a hotel and flight combo but when I arrived at my hotel they told me that my husband was not on the reservation.I am very puzzled because when I made the booking I selected “2 people” - I booked 2 flights, 2 shuttles but somehow, the hotel room only has one guest.When we arrived at the resort we had to pay an extra $1200 to add him to the reservation for 3 nights. The hotel told me if Expedia updates their reservation to two people in their system then they will waive the fee.I then contacted Expedia via the chatbot and spoke to an agent as I figured this must be a mistake. The agent told me many times “I understand your frustration but this is what’s in our system”… I asked him how it’s even possible to make a booking like this and there was no given explanation nor even an ability to try to understand from their end how an error or miscommunication like this could happen. The sitting suck agent was of no help.I asked for a phone number several times and they told me “there is no phone number”.I have been booking all my travel with Expedia for 20 years and I can say from this point on NO MORE.Their system literally duped me into thinking I bought a package for 2 people (I HAD CHOSEN 2 PEOPLE IN THE BOOKING FLOW FROM THE START).This had to be some sort of system glitch as I paid $3400 for 3 nights… for one person (allegedly) if you can believe it. How on earth I could book 2 flights on the reservation for “1 person” after picking the hotel to start makes absolutely no sense and is not standard when booking travel online.Expedia - admit your mistake or lose me as a customer forever. It should also be illegal for multinational companies to not have phone numbers for customers to call. Shame on them.
