Be careful guys after you sell something or buy some stuff you can't delete your Bank account information I was an eBay user since 25.05.2013, and I just notice this on 24.07.2024 I added my bank account on the site to receive the payment of a product I just sold like 1 or 2 months ago, and after I notice you can't delete you Bank account from the site I directly made an account deletion request/short story why is important to be able to delete your bank info: I sold a product as private without return and refund because it was a private sell, and after I send the package and got the money I got the packet back because the buyer refused to take it, and it came back as a returnthe next day I wake up and see an email from eBay they took the money from my account Respectively they put an - on my balance, and they would take the money from my bank account the next day, but it was a private sell without refund or return somehow the buyer tricked eBay to do this, and I had to call them to get the balance back to 0 and tell the whole thing that I was a private buyer/seller and the law dosnt say I need to accept a refund or return they solved the problem fast but when I read the email it said (Our customer service has made a final decision) so if I would not pay attention to my emails they would scam me and take the money from my account without my allowance I don't like this so that's why I deleted my account I bought like 3 or 4 things and sold like 3 4 items I always knew eBay is kind a tricky I had friend who bought things and received stones and things like that they got the money back but still not worth the time

She has been the best, and continues to provide 5 star advice even now we are set up.

I should have checked feedback in Trustpilot before making payment. (Initial 1 star)Updated: 23-09-2022: Customer services contacted within few hours and the problem was solved. (Updated to 2 stars) because the call quality is bad.

The last shipment I wanted to return products and all I get are these random credits. Products are crap!!!!! I bought a usb extender for my computer dies nit work and there is no way to return. Awful customer service. Amazon is soooooo much better .

I purchased a Rift S a little over a month ago. It worked well for roughly 30 days (Amazon's return window, how convenient) then just completely broke. I didn't change anything. One day, it just stopped working. And of course, since I bought it from Amazon instead of directly from them, they refuse to help me. The only responses I get from support are generic, copy-paste troubleshooting steps which I have tried multiple times. The fact that they won't help me simply because I bought their product from a different source tells me they don't care about their customers. Given this, I don't think I'll be doing any more business with them in the future.

Product Support Associate (Former Employee)I joined Garmin UK some time ago, It started great, great people (agents) lots of fun. I have been very good member of staff, performing very well. Managers were awful, main female manager AT and her long term female team manager SM bulling people, treating like a dirt, no respect.Management talking about agents in very bad way, don't caring about them at all, unfortunately HR is the same. No point of raising complaint as they will turn on you. TM's shouts at agents questioning why they aren't taking calls, why they are in wrap and why they are not being quick enough on the phones, chats or emails. This place is horrendous. Dirty looks, talking to people like rubbish and making them feel small. No respect. CEO should review what AT & SM are doing in product support department. I do really feel sorry for this poor bullied staff.

My driver never delivered my food..I was literally refreshing my screen because the arrival time kept updating. As soon as I saw order completed, I went to my door and nothing was there. I reached out to the driver and she confirmed that she left it at the door. The instructions specifically say to HAND IT TO ME. Why tf would you leave it at the door? They don't issue your refund back to your bank account. They give you a dash credit. But who wants to use them again??

Two parcels delivered in unsecured locations in two days, both parcels stolen before we could get to them. Customer service offer nothing but an 2 day investigation. The same problem last year with a €69 backpack for the start of school, the "2 day" investigation is still open, no reimbursement and no feedback.
