I have paid for the times digital subscription (classic) for approx 12 years. About a month ago the app was 'upgraded'. It is now functionally so poor that I struggle to use it. Looking at reviews on playstore this seems to be a common view. Times not interested in resolving but seem to expect me to keep paying subscription. Really shoddy customer care. I'd recommend NOT subscribing.

Don’t deal with this rip-off company under any circumstances! I (allegedly) took out a 12-month discounted subscription and was charged the full price as soon as it ended. WARNING: You don’t receive ANY reminders that it’s expiring. I called customer services and was treated HORRIBLY. Staff had no idea how to treat customers: computer says no, argumentative. I was shocked. Had they been reasonable, I would’ve considered taking out a new subscription but will no longer be giving this rip-off merchant ANYTHING. ALWAYS take out subscriptions using PayPal so you can stop them from taking future payments.

I finally received my parcel today but im disappointed. The goods are there and nothing is missing but the package had a tear hole in it & the one item wich is a knife sharpener has chafe marks on the one side wich makes it looks second hand and used, also the packet it was in has a hole in it on the sticker and thats probably how that marks got there wich tells me that this package was just tossed around everywhere it has traveled without fragile precaution wich in my eyes is very poor service. The other goods are ok, except that there is no instructions with it about how to use the product but i guess i can just google it. All in all im not really happy with the service & the red & black knife sharpener with the chafe marks on it. I like my stuff in perfect condition.Dont think i will order stuff online again soon in the near future.

Do not use this company. Absolutely abominable customer service. Purchased a Mi 9SE and within a week an innocuous bang had cracked the screen. As a result, I try and arrange a repair which on the face of it seemed easy: they log the repair with their repairs company and I receive a bag in the post to send off the phone, easy. Except, the bag never arrives. Receive an email from SBE (should have checked trust pilot - equally awful) stating they had no details of the logged repair and to recontact Xiaomi. Xiaomi couldn't understand, and told me to contact SBE, which is fine, if they ever answer their phones.Three phone calls later, many vacuous apologies, and still no solution. They have offered to re-log the repair and can't understand why nothing is happening. I am now at the "escalation" stage which from other reviews is apparently equally as useless.I am now in the ether of Xiaomi only using this firm, and the firm not responding to any form of communication.I have decided to give up and write off the phone. I don't trust this firm to be responsible with the product and I have learnt never to buy anything from Xiaomi.

Purchased a Redmi Note 10 Pro on 13/4/21 direct from Xiaomi but it developed a fault by early June. I requested replacement or refund but Xiaomi refused and insisted on repair. Repair partner returned phone to me at end of June but same fault reoccurred within a week. I again requested refund or replacement but again Xiaomi refused and insisted on second repair. Repair partner identified battery fault but subsequently advised components to repair not available. I repeated my request for a replacement or refund. Xiaomi refused but after many emails offered an inferior phone.I refused this and insisted on a refund. Xiaomi refused.I began County Court action against Xiaomi.After numerous emails Xiaomi finally agreed to provide a refund. This was weeks ago. No refund has been made to me. Xiaomi repeatedly claim to have processed the refund yet have not done so. Their many emails have been full of false statements and promises. I keep going round in circles and have now been without a working phone since early June.Xiaomi have failed to respond to the County Court by the Court deadline and I have now asked the Court to issue a County Court Judgement against Xiaomi.I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.Xiaomi, I note your reply.Your Customer Service staff have been dealing with my complaint since June, yet it remains unresolved. Your reply today yet again demonstrates your delaying tactics! I have spent more time without the phone than with it since purchasing from you. You make false promises and have even ignored the UK County Court, demonstrating your disregard for the law.You have failed to reply to PayPal.I have now been without either my phone or the refund to buy something else for two months.Scrutinise your own staff before wasting more of my time!

Terrible customer service. They took my money and wouldn't let me cancel my reservation. The hotel also couldn't cancel it due to hotel.com's policies. AND they weren't even cheaper than going directly through the hotel! I will never book with them again.
