Why of why change a brilliant format? The new pathway is totally unintuitive to navigate. I can't find where I am up to or the lessons I want to practice. The old format was so easy to use. The new one is a nightmare. Abstract concepts??? I've cancelled my subscription.

Ordered directly from Chipotle for delivery. Missing beverage. One bowl was half-empty. Both bowls were missing ingredients. Ordered two tortillas, only received one. Bag was not sealed. I am sadly not surprised by any of this, as Chipotle never gets delivery orders right. A word of advice, if you feel you must order Chipotle, do it directly from Doordash, because you can at least get your money back. Chipotle never offers a refund when the scre up.

When I first arrived, there was a huge line. There were 4 workers in the back chit chatting, and not attending to the customers. When a guest finally said something, the worker was very rude and unfriendly. They also provided the smallest portions and when asking for more rice, they would give you attitude.

They have an inefficient way of imputing shipping information. If some packages only send through P.O. Box at your address their site would not allow you to input the PO Box. They don't notify you when the package is sent back to sender and no longer available after you purchased it. Refund takes about a month. Ebay has better customer service for god's sake!!!

I used this company for the past three years all okay until renewal. I had forgotten about my renewal as they hadn’t sent a reminder. Asked PayPal to check. After check payment was released. ExpressVPN didn’t send subscription. After numerous emails fight finally they refunded my money even though this was not what I wanted. As I wanted the VPNWent onto ExpressVPN to renew, paid subscription only to find my account has been suspended. Which means I can’t access it. I have emailed them countless times asking for them to unlock my account, only to be given the same information, someone will get back to you over the next 24 hours, This has been going on now for three weeks.Customer service needs attention to say the least.Now it’s another email fight to get my money back. They are completely uselessNOTE I have contacted Express VPN 5/6 times with no success. NOBODY has been in contact with me. All I need is to have my account UNLOCKED.

I have been without internet for 2 weeks now and the date keeps changing, without a reason. I run my small candle making business online and l am getting angry messages on my phone(not with Telstra) . I am happy to say as of the 25th l am being connected with another provider, good riddance Telstra!
