Review of pandora
It was my very first visit to Pandora, there was a chorded area, but no one was waiting there, I didn't see any instruction showing me how to proceed so I walked in as I would in any other store. I looked around, ask for bracelets and once I was ready to make a purchase I asked for help. I was told to to outside and join the back of a line that has now formed (after I went in the store). I told the worker, when I came there was no line or no one told me to wait outside. She said, well there is a line Now and you need to join it (at the back) in order to get served.....wow! So, I asked for the supervisor/ manager, it turned out the worker I was dealing with is the one In charge..... I was so upset... Is this the way to treat a customer or a potential one? My 14 year old will be disappointed because I do not feel I should support such poor service. She could explain how they typically serve customers. The store should have someone or a sign at the door to say 'wait to be invited in' or some sort of instruction on how to proceed. This is unacceptable. The store was Pandora in the coral square mall in coral spring, Florida. I as shunned on Friday 12/8/17. I didnt get to make my purchase on account of the poor customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREthey are a bunch of con-artists strategically twisting their words in an attempt to make you “donate” to them. READ IT VERY CAREFULLY, they don’t even reply to support inquiries and you have to wait multiple weeks for an automated response. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEM so do not fall for it.

I entered my credit card information to get a "free offer"... worst idea ever! I don't know if they have some security problems but 3 gifts of 9.99$ were paid with my account. 7 of 9.99$ are pending and another of 99.99$ is pending. I have never done it and I have only used my phone. No support at all to stop the gift card. I don't know who stole it and where (if) it was used. No answer from the support after almost 1 day. Definitely a scammer company even if the application if good. Simply never enter payment information.

I don't like that the site sorts by Recommended instead of Cheapest. I don't know anyone that would like that. The search should be more flexible as well (e.g. make it easier to search Friday night/Saturday morning at same time). Bugs need to be fixed. MIA and FLL airports should be grouped in Miami Area Airports. Sometimes ghost fares appear. Also the trip monitoring emails need to improve and be less annoying. Finally, Kayak TRIPS is terrible. However I do like Kayak Routes, but the Airlines shown need to be cleaned up and allow us to not show codeshare partners because it clutters the info. e.g. if a route is really only served by AA metal, I don't need to see all the oneworld airlines there, as I can only really book with AA.

Leaving 1 star because I can't leave zero. It seemed a good idea at the time because it was free but once in you can't get out - it's like The Hotel California! You also can't do anything about malicious reviews or reviews left by crazy people who like to surf and damage reputations for the fun of it. If you are thinking of joining Yelp because it's free advertising - THINK LONG AND HARD and read the reviews first!

If I could give them a negative review I would. The customer service is useless at best. Trying to get a real person on the phone is an absolute nightmare. I managed to get locked out of my account and spent 3 days jumping through hoops just to find out they can't help. I have to wait up to 5 business days to see if they will unlock it. I have canceled my game pass account and will be trading my Xbox for a ps5.
