I can't even give a review of the product I bought because it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. Assembling a computer doesn't take that long and if they're going to have high demand due to sales they have to take that into account. Worst experience ever.

Review of patreon
I am (or more accurately, was) a subscriber to a Podcast on Patreon and paid an annual subscription. It was a good way to support the creators. However, last September Patreon debited my account twice for the same subscription, which I queried straight away. This was acknowledged by customer service but they then proceeded to delay or not respond to my follow up requests. There was always another reason why it couldn’t be resolved. Eventually, over six months later, I received an email to inform me “that this will be our final communication with you regarding your refund request as we have exhausted all available support options in this case.”I had long since given up any realistic expectation of seeing my money, but needless to say I have cancelled all Patreon subscriptions. An awful organisation to deal with.
Review of myanimelist
MyAnimeList is amazing because it help you stay up to date with everything in the anime world. You can see all the ongoing and upcoming animes, related news and articles. I especially love the recommendation feature. Basically the community recommends anime similar to the one you're checking out right now and it has been very helpful to me when looking for new things to watch. There are also rating and reviews so you can filter out some of the lower quality stuff.
Review of logitech
90 euro mouse that stops working after 4 months. chat with the assistance with which I spend more than an hour talking first with a bot and then with a person who does not speak my language and who replies every 10 minutes and asks me stupid questions for example if the bluetooth is on or the battery is charged. finally they ask me to send a video where I demonstrate that the product does not work, ok I do and they approve the sending of a new product. the package is delivered after 2 weeks in a ups center instead of home, so i spend 40 minutes to go and get it.indecent
Review of dell
TLDR - don't order laptops from online companies. They may be more expensive in the store, but at least you will have someone local you can take it to for repairs.Bought a Dell G15 5535 in early April 2024 and received it in timely fashion, so all good right? Daughter had it for about 2 weeks and then the display stopped working. I googled all the things to check (except hardware, didn't want to chance voiding the warranty). After trying what I could find I called Dell customer service. Basically the guy had me do all the things I just tried, then finally told me to grab a screwdriver and start taking the back panel off. At this point, I said no, I am paying for the extended warranty and want a tech to look at it. Not sure what he expected me, the customer, to do once I got the back panel off. So after about a week trying to schedule with the tech, finally get someone to the house. The tech determines that one of the RAM slots is bad and orders a replacement motherboard. I get an email Sunday saying the part was backlogged until at least 7/2/24.

They will only respond with scripted responses on the phone and email. They will not look into the problem until the 8 business days are up even though your item has clearly not shipped. I advise to shop in store if possible or another website. Go to the website source of the product if you want to shop online. Customer service doesn't exist online.
Review of 1password
Excellent customer experience overall from their product to their support, especially compared to my previous password manager from a major competitor in the industry. I wish I would have switched to them sooner. Matt in customer support is a rock star. I will recommend to any of my friends looking for the best password manager. Highly recommended from a guy with 20+ years in product management focused on maximizing the customer experience - they know how to do it right.
